Abstract

本发明揭示了一种构造紧凑的压床,可以允许有偏心的负荷而不致卡紧或造成压液泄漏。压床具体含有一个静止元件(2),一个活动元件(3)和一个液力压头,可使活动元件作相对于静止元件的活动。液力压头有一个第一柱塞(7),和静止元件作固定式的连接,有一个第二柱塞,和第一柱塞有轴向的间距,可以抵靠活动元件,并且有一个浮动液压缸(10),其一端由第一柱塞封闭,另一端由第二柱塞封闭。

Description

压床
本发明与压床有关,具体有关用于加工金属材料的液力操纵的压床。
在已知的液力操纵的压床中,一般有带一个工作台和一个放在工作台上方的压头的刚性结构。设有一个液压推动的元件,在压头和工作台之间,沿坚固的导轨移动。
当使用压床时,例如在冲压作业中,凸模固定在活动元件上,把相匹配的母模固定在工作台上。当把压床起动时,液力压头把活动元件和固定在它上面的凸模向下推送,穿透放在母材上面的工件。
由于导轨的安排方式,这种压床不适于进行在远离液力压头纵向轴线的位置上的金属加工作业。例如在工作台边缘附近的位置上进行冲孔,冲槽或冲剪的作业中,加在压床上的负荷的偏心性质,会造成液力压头漏液,或使活动元件和导轨相对卡紧。
此外,上面叙述的装置一般伸到离开工作台相当远的地方。所以使这种装置难于制造,运输和收藏。
本发明的目的是提出一种改进的压床。
本发明的压床有下列各项:
一个静止元件;
一个活动元件;
一个液力压头,在工作行程中把上述活动元件作相对于上述静止元件的活动;
上述液力压头有一个第一柱塞,固定连接一个上述元件,有一个第二柱塞,在轴向上离开上述第一柱塞,可以抵靠另一个上述元件,有一个浮动液压缸,它的一端由上述第一柱塞封闭,另一端由上述第二柱塞封闭。
对本发明的一个理想实施方案,仅作为举例将参照附图作下列叙述,附图内容如下:
图1为本发明提出的一个压床的正视局部剖面图。
图2为沿图1中2-2线所作的局部剖面侧视图。
图3为沿图中的3-3线所作的局部剖面侧视图。
图4为图1中的4-4线所作的局部剖面侧视图。
图5为形成图中所示的压床一部分的液力压头,图示其片断的放大零件剖视。
图6为形成图中所示的压床一部分的回程压头,图示其片断的放大剖视。
参看附图,其中之压床(1)有一个静止元件(2),和一个活动元件(3),这些元件是板形,竖立放置,互相间有间距关系。
一个液力压头(5)放置在一个窗孔(6)内,窗孔在静止元件(2)上形成。液力压头(5)有一个第一柱塞(7),通过一根螺栓(8)和静止元件(2)固定连接。有第二个柱塞(9),抵靠活动元件(3),有一个浮动缸(10),它的顶端由柱塞(7)封闭,底端由活塞(9)封闭。第二个柱塞(9),可以如图所示,固定在活动元件(3)上,但并非必须如此。
有一个回程液力压头(11),最好放在一个第二窗孔(12)内,该窗孔从静止元件(2)和活动元件(3)中穿过。回程液力压头(11)有一个液压缸(13),和活动元件(3)连接。并有一个伸缩式柱塞装置(14),可以抵靠静止元件(2)。这个可伸缩的装置,有助于减小窗孔(12)的总高度。明显可见的是:假如窗孔上方和下方的材料所要求的强度,可以为加深窗孔的深度提供足够的空间的话,那么便可以使用一个单级的柱塞。
在另外一个实施方案里,单回程压头可以用一对液力压头代替,每一个压头放在活动元件(3)的下方,如图1和图2中,在(11A)和(11B)处的虚线所示。
可以理解到可以用任何替代的装置,把活动元件(3)送回到它的行程的顶部,例如利用回程弹簧,或者在压床转向时,可以利用重力实现它的回程。
有第一对相对的滚动动件(15)安装在活动元件(3)上,以在各自的轴上旋转,抵靠静止元件(2)的一对相对的表面(16)。有第二对的相对的滚动元件(17),安装在静止元件(2)上,以在各自的轴上,抵靠活动元件(3)的两个相对的表面(18)。
第一对相对的滚轮(15)和第二对相对的滚轮(17),和它们的相应的表面共同作用,保持活动元件(3)和静止元件(2)在滑动时相对对正。设有定位板(19)和(20),防止静止元件和活动元件(3)作侧向的相对位移。
图中所示的压床(1)有四个分别的工作装置。包括V形剪切机(21),薄板剪切机(22),冲孔机(23)和冲槽机(24)。在每一个装置中,有一个第一部分固定在活动元件(3)上,一个第二部分固定在静止元件(2)上。可以理解到这四种装置可以用各种改装的型式安装在压床上。
在工作时,把压液压送进第一柱塞(7)和第二柱塞(9)之间的液力压头里面去。液压作用将柱塞互相推开,从而使活动元件(3)作相对于静止元件(2)的运动。滚动元件(15,17)的各自的相应表面(16,18),和定位板(19)及(20)共同保证相对运动保持在一定方向上,从而使工作装置(21,22,23)及(24)的相应部份可以在工作中相互作用,一旦液力压头(5)伸展到最大限度,使每一个装置的相应部份配合,回程压头(11)便被启动,把活动元件3退回到它的原来的位置上,准备进行第2次运转。
对本行业擅长的人可以理解到:当使用位置远离液力压头(5)的作用中心线的装置(23)和(24)时,便在机床上施加了偏心的负荷。这些偏心的负荷的作用,即使在设置了滚动元件和定位板的情况下,仍会使液力压头(5)的作用线变形。为了防止液力卡紧,或者造成压液泄漏,浮动液压缸可以活动,保持第一柱塞(7)和第二柱塞(9)之间的密封。此外,把柱塞的周边(27)削缘,如图中用半径(27)所划的圆与弧(28)所表示。柱塞最好为球体形,但用其它的形状(如阶梯形结构),也可以提供必要的边缘自由度。柱塞上配置了中间密封圈(25),有一对导向圈(26),在中间密封圈(25)的两侧各放一个。
凡对本行技艺擅长的人,都可以理解到,由于配备了经过特别改造过的液力压头(5),静止元件(2)和活动元件(3)的对正并不重要,所以上面叙述的压床在制造时,不要求有精密的公差。此外,因为设置了液力压头(5)和回程压头(11),各自放在它们相应的窗孔里,所以压床的高度和传统的压床相比,可以有所减低。
在传统的压床中,磨损是一个相当大的问题,而本发明提出的压床磨损有很大的降低,因为当发生磨损时,磨损造成的任何倾斜,可以通过调节表面(16)和(18)予以克服。

Claims (12)

1、一种压床,包括:
一个静止元件(2);
一个活动元件(3);
一个将上述活动元件在一个冲压行程中,作相对于上述静止元件的移动的液力压头和回程装置,其特征在于:
上述液力压头有一个第一柱塞(7),和一个上述元件作固定式的连接,有一个第二柱塞(9),在轴向和上述第一柱塞离开,能够抵靠另一上述元件,有一个浮动液压缸(10),一端由上述第一柱塞封闭,另一端由上述第二柱塞封闭。
2、如权利要求1之压床,其特征为所述回程装置为一个回程压头(11),这个压头有一个液压缸(13),和上述活动元件(3)连接,还有一个与上述静止元件(2)抵靠的柱塞(14)。
3、如权利要求2之压床,其特征为其中有一对回程压头(11A,11B),各放在上述活动元件(3)的下面。
4、如权利要求1之压床,其特征为上述元件为板形,上述液力压头(5)放在上述静止元件上的一窗孔里(6)。
5、如权利要求1之压床,其特征为上述液力压头的上述第一柱塞(7)和第二柱塞(9)的边缘削去,防止和上述浮动液压缸卡紧。
6、如权利要求5之压床,其特征为上述第一柱塞(7)和第二柱塞(9)各有一个中间密封圈(25)和一对导向圈(26),导向圈在上述密封圈(25)的两侧各放一个。
7、如权利要求1之压床,其特征为至少设置两对相对的滚动元件(15,17),每一个滚动元件的安装形式,有便于它围绕一根安装在一个上述元件上的轴旋转,使滚动元件可以抵靠另一元件上的一个相应表面,从而约束上述活动元件(2)作相对于上述静止元件的运动。
8、如权利要求2之压床,其特征为上述回程压头(11)的上述柱塞为伸缩型的。
