Abstract

液压系统间隙调节器一般有一个圆筒形空心缸体。缸体一端封闭,另一端开口,在开口端有一个端口平面。缸体内装有柱塞,柱塞通过定位装置固定在适当位置。此定位装置卡持在缸体外部,它的环形边支撑在缸体的端口平面上,通过往下弯进缸体槽中的凸耳而获得固定。

Description

液压系统间隙调节器的定位装置
本发明涉及液压系统间隙调节器,尤其是用于固定液压系统间隙调节器缸体中柱塞部件的定位装置。
先有的定位装置不外采用带有中央通孔的内螺塞或外螺套,这样做不但加工和装拆复杂,容易松脱,更主要的是需占较大的空间,使整个结构的径向和轴向尺寸都变大,不适宜用于小巧装置的场合。
本发明的定位装置的主要目的是:能装在缸体的外面;不影响缸体外部防止转动装置的工作;不影响间隙调节器精密液压系统的工作区域;具有足够的强度和耐用性能,能经得起机器运行时恶劣环境及运输时粗糙作业的考验;装配及拆卸简便。
图1是根据本发明绘制出的液压系统间隙调节器的侧视图。
图2是沿着图1的2-2线所取的剖面图。
图3是液压系统间隙调节器的俯视图,此图画上了本发明的定位装置。
图4是液压系统间隙调节器的底视图。
液压挺杆及液压阀提升机构都具有液压系统间隙调节功能。另有一种发动机阀系组件,只能调节间隙而不能充当提升机构。本文中所有这类装置都是用“间隙调节器”这一术语来表达的,即既包括具有阀门提升功能的装置,也包括仅具有间隙调节功能作为阀系的组成部分的装置。
图1~4表示具有缸体12的液压滚柱挺杆。缸体12通常是中空圆筒形的。它包括筒形外壁14、内部横隔板16、开口端18及罩裙部分20。位于开口端18的缸壁14的端部可称为端口平面22。端口平面在24处加工成倒角。罩裙部分20内有一空腔26。在空腔26中装滚柱部件。此滚柱部件包括装在销轴32上的滚柱28和滚针轴承30。销轴32装在罩裙部分20的孔34中。把销轴的两端部錾大以便使之固定在孔34中。
缸体中配有柱塞部件。柱塞部件包括内柱塞36和柱塞帽38。内柱塞36是空心的,它有一个具有通孔40的封闭端39,此通孔40由单向阀41封口。柱塞帽38有一凸肩42,它同内柱塞36上端部接合。在柱塞帽上面位于44处倒角。柱塞帽38有一开口46,外部液体由此流进柱塞内腔。
高压室设在缸体中间横隔板16和柱塞封闭端39之间。柱塞弹簧48装在高压室内,撑在缸体横隔板16上,并使单向阀定位器50同内柱塞36底部压紧。单向阀定位器50支持着圈弹簧52,圈弹簧52推动单向阀41对柱塞封闭端39进行封口。单向阀41密封通道孔40。在柱塞内腔中,还可以装流量阀54。缸体12和柱塞部件具有能实现间隙调节器液压功能的各种进出口、孔道及凹槽。这些不属本发明内容范围,故不详细叙述。
由于这是一个液压滚柱挺杆,所以本发明考虑有防止转动结构以使滚柱挺杆在运行时能保持正确方向。在示意图中,防止转动结构是由在缸体外表面上的一对相对平滑面表示的。这对平滑面指工作面56,此工作面56从缸体的开口端延伸到凸缘58。工作面56与发动机组上的相应部件配合,就可防止液压挺杆本身的转动。
图上,在60处表示的定位装置的功能是使柱塞定位于缸体内。定位装置应优先使用S.A.E.1060-1095弹簧钢制造。定位装置包括环形边62,中心孔64,孔口尺寸大小要保证柱塞帽38能顺畅通过,而柱塞帽38上的凸肩42则不允许通过,亦即圆环62将柱塞帽的凸肩42挡住,从而使柱塞能定位在缸体中。定位装置有一对同62制成整体的凸耳66,其下边被弯折如68。凸耳66存纳在弧形凹槽中,此弧形凹槽在缸体壁14的开口端。凹槽由工作面72,肩部74构成。一对刻槽76在工作面72上切出,这对刻槽要能容纳下定位装置凸耳66下弯部分68。
显然可见,定位装置60装在缸体外部,因此,从精密的液压区域内部到挺杆部件,定位装置是不占地方的。同时,装在缸体外部的定位装置还不影响液压滚柱挺杆所必需的防止转动结构的工作。这是由于定位装置环形边62支持在缸体的端口平面22上,而凸耳66跟工作面56是在圆周上分开布置的。此外,凸耳的下弯部分68容纳于凹槽中,亦即凸耳不会超出缸体壁14的外径之外。看图3就一目了然了。定位装置的另一个优点是容易装卸。刻槽76是弦形的,即在工作面72上横切而成。这样,定位装置及其凸耳下弯部分68可在与缸体轴线成垂直的方向上滑动而装上。
尽管图示和说明是针对液压滚柱挺杆介绍定位装置的,但本发明并不局限于在滚柱挺杆上应用,关于这点是很清楚的。凡需要使用小巧的定位装置的设备,均可选用这种定位装置。
因此,在本发明的专利具体内容已图示和说明之后,很清楚,本发明并不局限于所述特定内容。

Claims (6)

1、一种液压系统间隙调节器,包括一个通常是圆筒形的中空缸体,它有一个开口端,并在开口端处有一端口平面,一个装在缸体内的柱塞,一个有环形边的定位装置,其特征在于:
在该缸体外表面上有能容纳凸耳的凹槽,
在凹槽中有切出的刻槽,
该定位装置有一环形边由凸耳固持于端口平面上,凸耳的位置处于缸体外径之内,并被下弯扣入刻槽中。
2、如权利要求1所述的间隙调节器,其特征在于:缸体外表面上设有与凸耳在圆周上分开布置的防止转动结构。
3、如权利要求2所述的间隙调节器,其特征在于:防止转动结构是至少一个在圆柱体缸体壁面上截出的平面。
