Abstract

本发明是一种选别强磁性物的重、磁结合湿式选矿设备。它是为消除弱磁选中夹杂的非磁性物杂质,提高矿粒之间的磁性选择性。它仅靠入选强磁性物预先磁化后的剩磁,剩磁不足时向矿浆加入具有剩磁的粗粒铁矿,或设外磁场,使之仅产生选择性较强而机械夹杂较少的轻微磁团聚作用,利用非稳定磁聚体在分选介质中沉降速度比分散状态的非磁性颗粒沉降速度大的特点,用水力分级的设备进行分选。用于提高分选效率。

Description

磁团聚重选分选机
本发明是一种从强磁性物清除磁性较弱杂质的重磁结合复合湿式选矿设备。
已有的各种磁、重结合选矿方法中,最接近本发明技术方案的是:苏联专利SU595002,该发明是一种在分选圆筒内设置旋转磁极,造成间断磁化作用,使强磁性物在上升水流中团聚沉落的方法。但由于该方法的磁极是整体的,在远离磁极的分选区外测,磁场减弱,为了达到减少磁性物流失的目的,必须采用具有较高场强的磁极,这就必然造成强磁性物被磁极的强场力定向紧吸干分选区内侧的结果,当磁极旋转而瞬时消失时,强烈团聚的磁紧体仅能治导向叶板沉降,尚不足以充分松散、清洗,达到去除其中磁性较弱杂质(一般为含弱磁性物的脉石连生体)的目的。
本发明的目的是减少以至完全消除强磁选过程中非磁性物的机械加杂和提高强磁性颗粒之间按比磁化系数大小进行分选的磁性选择性。
本发明脱离用磁场力直接吸引富集磁性物的范畴,仅依靠入选强磁性物预先磁化后的剩磁(比磁化强度15高斯/克以上)、剩磁不足时可向磁浆中加入具有上述剩磁的粗粒磁铁矿,或增设外磁场轻度磁化(比磁化强度在30高斯/克以下),使之产生选择性较强而机械夹杂现向较小的轻微磁团聚作用,利用非稳定磁聚体在分选介质中重力或离心沉降速度比始终处于分散状态的非磁性颗粒沉降速度大的特点,用水力分级方法进行分选。
为了彻底清除磁聚体中仍然可能夹杂的非磁性物杂质,本发明采用在较长沉降路程施加介质流剪切破坏力的方法,使非稳定的磁聚体在团聚=松散状态下边沉降边接受逆向水流清洗而得到充分的净化。当需使用外加磁场时,可将磁场沿磁聚体沉降路程多层间歇设置,以增强磁聚体团聚=松散的可逆过程。
当需增大上升水流速度以强化清洗程度和溢出更粗粒级的脉石时,为了不致过度破坏磁聚体和减少细粒强磁性物的流失,本发明采取在分选矿浆中保持部分粗粒强磁性物通过的方法,它们可对磁聚体起核心和加重剂的作用,从而增强其团聚力和加快其沉降速度。
为了提高矿粒之间的磁性选择性,当需使用外加磁场时,本发明采用在分选区设立多极分散磁场的方法,使入选矿粒在运动中能获得均等磁化几率,从而消除磁化场强不均对矿粒磁化程度-即磁团聚能力的影响,使磁性选择性仅取决于矿粒本身固有的比磁化系数大小。
本发明的实施设备最好采用筒型上升水分级为基型,以切向给水、给矿提供搅拌力。当入选强磁性物料具有足够剩磁或入选强磁性物料剩磁不足而需向矿浆中加入具有足够剩磁的粗粒磁铁矿为磁源时,设备无需设立磁系。
本设备的优点是:可较彻底地将单体脉石和含磁铁矿的脉石连生体,从磁铁矿精矿中分离出来,比传统的强磁选法具有较高的分选效率和选择性分离精度。所以本发明与以往弱磁选法相比在相同的分选粒度时,具有较高精矿指标,欲达到相同的精矿质量要求,则可放粗分选粒度。因此,本发明具有精矿质量高,分选粒度粗和分选效率高的优点,它可增加磨机处理能力,提高精矿质量,降低选矿成本和选冶能耗,使经济效益显著增加。而且分选机结构简单、无电能消耗、无须采用非导磁材料制作简体,效率高、成本低。

本发明的最佳实施例如图所示,图中为直径1500毫米的分选机,其结构是适合于直径1000~2000毫米,处理能力在10~50吨/小时的分选机。该型分选机主要是靠外筒体6内有异极相对的外磁环3和内磁块2,磁系2、3在轴向上分别以一定间隔均匀地安装在内筒体的外表面和内表面上,形成间歇磁场区,磁系表面最高场强为24千安/米,且在外筒体6和内筒体5之间的分选区内,分选水流由水包8通过进水管7切向给入而旋转上升,矿浆由分矿管1切向给入。强磁性物受到间歇磁场、重力场和水流升力、剪切力作用,在团聚/松散的变化状态下边沉降、边清洗净化,经锥底9由精矿阀门10排出。分选尾矿由溢流槽4排除。

1、一种利用磁团聚作用加速强磁性物沉降、而用上升水流清除磁性较弱的杂质以强化清除杂质效果的磁重结合分选机。它含有外筒体、溢流槽、阀门、内筒体和水包,其特征在于:磁系由异极相对的外磁环和内磁块组成,磁系表面最高场强为24千安/米,外磁环和内磁块在轴向上分别以一定间隔均匀地安装在内筒体的外表面和内表面上,底锥上开有许多与总水包相通的与筒壁呈切向均布的进水管。
