Abstract

一种吊扇电机,它是直流无刷外转子电机,该直流无刷外转子电机由直流无刷电机电气控制部分和电机结构部分,电机结构部分包括轴(1)、定子(2)和转子(3),定子(2)套装在轴(1)外面,在定子(2)外面套有转子(3),转子(3)通过两轴承(4)安装在轴(1)上,转子(3)可以是由上端盖(5)、下端盖(6)、外壳套圈(7)和磁铁块(8)组成,外壳套圈(7)的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块(8),上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)分别套装在外壳套圈(7)的上方和下方,上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)连接在一起,它高效节能,噪音小,低速运行平稳。

一种吊扇电机
1、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种吊扇电机。
2、背景技术:
传统的吊扇采用的是交流异步单相电机,能耗高,效率低,噪音大,低速运行不平稳,抖动大,并且转子的结构复杂,装配困难,成本较高。
3、发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种吊扇电机,它节能,噪音小,低速运行平稳,结构简单,加工装配容易。
本实用新型是一种技术方案是如下实现的:
一种吊扇电机,它是直流无刷外转子电机,上述所述的直流无刷外转子电机由直流无刷电机电气控制部分和电机结构部分,电机结构部分包括轴、定子和转子,定子套装在轴外面,在定子外面套有转子,转子通过两轴承安装在轴上。
上述所述的转子可以是由上端盖、下端盖、外壳套圈和磁铁块组成,外壳套圈的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块,上端盖和下端盖分别套装在外壳套圈的上方和下方,上端盖和下端盖连接在一起。
上述所述的转子也可以由上端盖、下端盖和磁铁块组成,在上端盖的外围边缘凸出有套圈,套圈的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块,套圈的下方安装下端盖,上端盖和下端盖连接在一起。。
上述所述的上端盖和下端盖是通过螺栓和螺母连接起来。
上述所述的相邻两块磁铁块之间存在间隙,螺栓穿过间隙。
上述所述的定子是由铁心和线圈绕组镶嵌组成。
上述所述的转子上方设置有盒子,直流无刷电机电气控制部分至于盒子里面。
上述所述的轴中间是空心槽,导线穿过空心槽并与线圈绕组电连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:1)本实用新型采用直流无刷外转子电机,高效节能,噪音小,低速运行平稳;2)转子结构简单,装配加容易,成本较低,运行可靠。

5、具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型是直流无刷外转子电机。上述直流无刷外转子电机由直流无刷电机电气控制部分和电机结构部分,电机结构部分包括轴1、定子2和转子3,定子2套装在轴1外面,在定子2外面套有转子3,转子3通过两轴承4安装在轴1上。转子3可以是由上端盖5、下端盖6、外壳套圈7和磁铁块8组成,外壳套圈7的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块8,上端盖5和下端盖6分别套装在外壳套圈7的上方和下方,上端盖5和下端盖6连接在一起。上端盖5和下端盖6是通过螺栓9和螺母10连接起来。外壳套圈7内壁的相邻两块磁铁块8之间存在间隙11,螺栓9穿过间隙11。定子2是由铁心12和线圈绕组13镶嵌组成。轴1是中间空心槽16,导线穿过空心槽16并与线圈绕组13电连接。转子3上方设置有盒子15,直流无刷电机电气控制部分至于盒子15里面。
如图5、图6所示,实用新型可以采用另一种转子结构,转子3可以是由上端盖5、下端盖6和磁铁块8组成,在上端盖5的外围边缘凸出有套圈14,套圈14的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块8,套圈14的下方安装下端盖6,上端盖5和下端盖6连接在一起。
本实用新型的工作原理是:在使用时,在上端盖5或者下端盖6上安装风扇叶片,定子2套装在轴1外面,定子2与轴1是不动的,当向定子2的线圈绕组13通电时,引发定子2外围产生旋转磁场,并且带动磁铁块8和上端盖5、下端盖6同时转动。

Claims (8)

1、一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:它是直流无刷外转子电机,上述直流无刷外转子电机由直流无刷电机电气控制部分和电机结构部分,电机结构部分包括轴(1)、定子(2)和转子(3),定子(2)套装在轴(1)外面,在定子(2)外面套有转子(3),转子(3)通过两轴承(4)安装在轴(1)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:转子(3)可以是由上端盖(5)、下端盖(6)、外壳套圈(7)和磁铁块(8)组成,外壳套圈(7)的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块(8),上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)分别套装在外壳套圈(7)的上方和下方,上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)连接在一起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:转子(3)可以是由上端盖(5)、下端盖(6)和磁铁块(8)组成,在上端盖(5)的外围边缘凸出有套圈(14),套圈(14)的内壁沿圆周方向安装有多块磁铁块(8),套圈(14)的下方安装下端盖(6),上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)连接在一起。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:上端盖(5)和下端盖(6)是通过螺栓(9)和螺母(10)连接起来。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:相邻两块磁铁块(8)之间存在间隙(11),螺栓(9)穿过间隙(11)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:定子(2)是由铁心(12)和线圈绕组(13)镶嵌组成。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:轴(1)中间是空心槽(16),导线穿过空心槽(16)并与线圈绕组(13)电连接。
8、根据权利要求7所述的一种吊扇电机,其特征在于:转子(3)上方设置有盒子(15),直流无刷电机电气控制部分至于盒子(15)里面。
