本实用新型属于沼气发生装置技术领域,公开了一种玻璃钢沼气池。其主要技术特征为:包括带有进料管、出料管、出气管的玻璃钢罐体,所述的玻璃钢罐体至少由上、下壳体构成,所述的出料管与水压箱相连通,出料管内设置有底部连接有活塞的拉杆,出料管的管壁上设置有带阀门的出料口。本实用新型所提供的玻璃钢沼气池的罐体整体严密,不易出现缝隙,密封性好,并可以根据需要设置罐体容积,安装十分方便。当人工取沼渣沼液时,只需要来回拉动拉杆,活塞即可将沼渣沼液由出料口处流出,取用十分方便,并且在活塞来回运动时,可将沼渣沼液搅动,有利于沼气的产生。

本实用新型属于沼气发生装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃钢沼气池。
背景技术
沼气作为一种清洁干净的新能源被农村家庭广泛使用。由于当前的沼气池大多采用混凝土结构,若罐体上出现一点小裂纹,整个沼气池得重新加工,其密封性难以保障。另外,当前取沼渣沼液时采用连通器原理,在罐体一侧设置一个与之连通的取料池,取沼渣沼液时在取料池内直接舀取,取用十分不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种密封性好、取料方便的玻璃钢沼气池。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:包括带有进料管、出料管、出气管的玻璃钢罐体,所述的玻璃钢罐体至少由上、下壳体构成,所述的出料管与水压箱相连通,出料管内设置有底部连接有活塞的拉杆,出料管的管壁上设置有带阀门的出料口。
其附加技术特征为:所述的上、下壳体之间设置有若干中间壳体;所述的进料管的端部设置有发酵池;所述的发酵池内设置有隔板;所述的进料管与下壳体相连通,所述的出料管与上壳体相连接并伸入下壳体内。
本实用新型所提供的玻璃钢沼气池同现有技术相比,具有以下优点:其一,进料管、出料管、出气管与罐体采用玻璃钢材料,相互之间采用粘合剂密封连接,整体严密,不易出现缝隙,密封性好,且玻璃钢罐体由上、下两壳体或多壳体密封构成,可以根据需要设置罐体容积,安装十分方便。其二,出料管内设置有底部连接有活塞的拉杆,出料管的管壁上设置有带阀门的出料口,平时可自动出料,当需要人工取料时,只需要来回拉动拉杆,活塞即可将沼渣沼液由出料口处流出,取用十分方便,并且在活塞来回运动时,可将沼渣沼液搅动,有利于沼气的产生。其三,设置带隔板的发酵池,当粪便由进入发酵池后,被隔板所阻挡,先进行短时间的发酵后,再被后来的粪便冲入玻璃钢罐体,有利于沼气的产生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型玻璃钢沼气池的结构做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型玻璃钢沼气池包括玻璃钢罐体1,玻璃钢罐体1带有进料管2、出料管3、出气管4,玻璃钢罐体1由上壳体5、下壳体6构成,进料管2的端部设置有发酵池7,进料管2与下壳体6相连通,出料管3与水压箱8相连通,出料管3内设置有底部连接有活塞9的拉杆10,出料管3的管壁上设置有带阀门11的出料口12,出料管3与上壳体5相连接并伸入下壳体6内。如图2所示,发酵池7内设置有隔板13,发酵池7上连接有带弯管14的便盆15。如图3所示,上壳体5、下壳体6之间设置有中间壳体16。
使用时,将玻璃钢罐体1的上壳体5、下壳体6、中间壳体16和进料管2、出料管3、出气管4组装密封好,整体埋入地下即可。当粪便由便盆15经弯管14进入发酵池7内后,被隔板13所阻挡,先进行短时间的发酵后再被后来的粪便冲入进料管2进入玻璃钢罐体1。当人工取沼渣沼液时,拉动拉杆10,活塞9即可将沼渣沼液由带阀门11的出料口12处流出,取用十分方便。上壳体5、下壳体6之间设置有中间壳体16,可以根据需要安装不同数量和不同大小的中间壳体16,以使玻璃钢罐体1容积符合需要。

1、玻璃钢沼气池,包括带有进料管、出料管、出气管的玻璃钢罐体,其特征在于:所述的玻璃钢罐体至少由上、下壳体构成,所述的出料管与水压箱相连通,出料管内设置有底部连接有活塞的拉杆,出料管的管壁上设置有带阀门的出料口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述的上、下壳体之间设置有若干中间壳体。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述的进料管的端部设置有发酵池。
4、根据权利要求3所述的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述的发酵池内设置有隔板。
5、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:所述的进料管与下壳体相连通,所述的出料管与上壳体相连接并伸入下壳体内。
