技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机车通信系统中主机与终端的连接器,尤其是一种应用于机车无线通信系统中可以防震防磁的连接器的插座和插头。
背景技术
近10年来,我国铁路经历了重载运输、电气化改造、既有线提速、秦沈客运专线建设等一系列的技术进步,推动了铁路通信信号的发展。截至2002年底,我国铁路营运里程已达71500km,位居世界第三位,预计到2020年,全国铁路营业里程达到10万km左右。高速铁路、客运专线已成为我国铁路的发展方向。经过近几年的不断提速,已形成13000km,速度达120~160km/h的快速铁路网,广深线已达200km/h,秦沈客运专线运营速度将达到250km/h以上。未来5至15年,我国快速铁路和高速铁路将会有很大的发展。铁路提速和客运专线网络化、智能化、综合化的行车调度指挥系统需要高度可靠、高度安全、快速接入的综合移动通信系统,以及透明、双向、大容量的车-地安全和调度指挥的信息传输通道。因此机车的无线通信业务越来越多。
机车上的操控主机一般都设置于机车上的电器间内,而各种操作终端和显示终端都安装于机车的驾驶室内,因此必须使用连接电缆及连接器将设备主机及操作显示终端进行连接,由于机车长期处于强震动的状态,所以连接器的工作状态也就会长期处于强震动中,并且机车内的电子设备非常多,电磁干扰非常强,所以在这个强震动、强电磁干扰的环境中如何保证主机与各类操作或显示终端保持可靠的连接,成为人们急需解决的重要问题。
但是现有的连接器都无法实现在长的工作时间中良好并且可靠的工作,亟待改善。
本实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有机车通信系统连接器的缺陷,提供一种机车通信系统中主机与终端的连接器的插座和插头,可以实现机车通信系统的主机和终端之间可靠和良好的通信。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插座,包括:一限位卡接外壳;一安装法兰,套接于所述限位卡接外壳外侧;一插针定位法兰,套接于所述限位卡接外壳内侧;数个插针或插针孔,枢接于所述插针定位法兰上。
在上述技术方案中,所述限位卡接外壳外侧还套接有安装板,并且与所述安装法兰相螺接,所述限位卡接外壳的内侧面还具有数个凸柱或限位凹槽。
本实用新型还提供了一种机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插头,包括:一内壳;一插针孔定位架,容置于所述内壳内;数个插针孔或插针,容置于所述插接体内;一快速安装螺旋卡接外壳,与所述内壳相套接,并形成一容置槽。
并且,上述快速安装螺旋卡接外壳还套接有一个手旋套,所述内壳的外侧面还具有数个限位凹槽或凸柱,所述快速安装螺旋卡接外壳还套接有保护套。
因此,本实用新型机车通信系统中主机与终端的连接器的插座和插头,能够在列车强震动、强电磁干扰的环境中可靠和良好的通信。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是在机车强震动、强电磁干扰的通信环境下,使得主机和通信终端可以可靠和有效的数据传输。
参见图1至图3所示,为本实用新型机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插头的立体图、主视图和侧视图,该插头1包括一个限位卡接外壳10,限位卡接外壳10外侧套接了一个安装法兰11,限位卡接外壳10的内侧则套接了一个插针定位法兰12,在插针定位法兰12上枢接了12根插针13,限位卡接外壳10的内侧还具有数个凸柱14。
如图4至图6所示,为本实用新型机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插座的结构的立体图、主视图和侧视图,该插座2包括一个内壳20,内壳20里面容置有插针孔定位架21,插针孔定位架21内对应有12个插针孔22,而内壳20外套接有快速安装螺旋卡接外壳23,在内壳20和快速安装螺旋卡接外壳23之间形成了容置槽24,并且内壳20的外侧面具有数个限位凹槽25,快速安装螺旋卡接外壳23上套接有一个手旋套26,参见图7所示,快速安装螺旋卡接外壳23的下部套接了一个保护套27。
在上述实施例中,插针定位法兰上枢接的是插针,在插针孔定位架内对应着插针孔,而且可以在插针定位法兰上枢接的是插针孔,而在插针孔定位架内对应着插针,这样的效果是相同的。并且插针和插针孔的数量依照需要而定,不限定只为12。
如图8和图9所述,为本实用新型机车通信系统中主机与终端的连接器的插座和插头的两个安装示意图,在安装时,利用螺钉30、垫圈31和螺母32将安装法兰11安装在插头的安装板15上,安装板15套接在限位卡接外壳10的外面,并且螺接在安装法兰11上,接着与插座插接,插头的12个插针13插接入插座的12个插针孔22内,凸柱14插入限位凹槽25内,插针孔定位架21和内壳20容置入限位卡接外壳10内,限位卡接外壳10容置于容置槽24内,最后利用手旋套26将插座2和插头1螺紧,参见图10所示,为本实用新型插接好的连接器的示意图。
而且可以在限位卡接外壳的内侧面设置限位凹槽,在内壳的外侧面设置凸柱,这样在插接时,也可以起固定和定位的作用。
如表1所示,为本实用新型机车通信系统中主机与终端的连接器的连接脚的说明。

1、一种机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插座,其特征在于包括:
一限位卡接外壳;
一安装法兰,套接于所述限位卡接外壳外侧;
一插针定位法兰,套接于所述限位卡接外壳内侧;
数个插针或插针孔,枢接于所述插针定位法兰上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述限位卡接外壳外侧还套接有安装板,并且与所述安装法兰相螺接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的插座,其特征在于:所述限位卡接外壳的内侧面还具有数个凸柱或限位凹槽。
4、一种机车通信系统中主机与终端连接器的插头,其特征在于包括:
一内壳;
一插针孔定位架,容置于所述内壳内;
数个插针孔或插针,容置于所述插接体内;
一快速安装螺旋卡接外壳,与所述内壳相套接,并形成一容置槽。
5、根据权利要求4所述的插头,其特征在于:所述快速安装螺旋卡接外壳还套接有一个手旋套。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的插头,其特征在于:所述内壳的外侧面还具有数个限位凹槽或凸柱。
7、根据权利要求4或5所述的插头,其特征在于:所述快速安装螺旋卡接外壳还套接有保护套。
