Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的若干第一端子、第二端子及组装于绝缘本体上的转压板,所述绝缘本体具有收容空间及与收容空间相通的端子收容槽,所述第一端子及第二端子收容于端子收容槽中,第一端子及第二端子均具有接触臂及与接触臂相对延伸的枢转臂,所述转压板对应端子枢转臂设有收容枢转臂头部的通槽,所述转压板的通槽中设有转轴,所述第一端子的枢转臂头部设有收容转轴的凹槽,所述第二端子的枢转臂头部设有与转轴相配合的平台。从而减小了因端子组装时不在同一直线上而导致转压板难于组装的可能性。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种用于连接柔性印刷电路板、扁平排线等片状连接体的电连接器。
【背景技术】
片状连接体电连接器用于把柔性印刷电路板、扁平排线等片状连接体连接于电路板上。通常旋转式片状连接体电连接器包括绝缘本体、导电端子及转压板。
于2000年8月8日公告的美国专利公告第6,099,346号公开了一种旋转式电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的若干端子及组装于绝缘本体上的转压板。所述绝缘本体具有收容空间及与收容空间相通的端子收容槽。所述端子收容于端子收容槽中,其具有延伸入收容空间中的接触臂及与接触臂相对延伸的枢转臂,所述枢转臂上设有凹槽。所述转压板具有若干收容于端子凹槽中的椭圆形的转轴。
上述端子组装于绝缘本体上时很难保证所有端子的凹槽位于同一直线上,而转压板是注塑成型,转轴基本位于同一直线上,所以如果端子组装时个别端子位置发生偏差,那么转压板组装时有可能与端子发生干涉,不利于枢转运动。
因此,确有必要提供一种能克服上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能方便组装的电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型电连接器采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的若干第一端子、第二端子及组装于绝缘本体上的转压板,所述绝缘本体具有收容空间及与收容空间相通的端子收容槽,所述第一端子及第二端子收容于端子收容槽中,第一端子及第二端子均具有接触臂及与接触臂相对延伸的枢转臂,所述转压板对应端子枢转臂设有收容枢转臂头部的通槽,所述转压板的通槽中设有转轴,所述第一端子的枢转臂头部设有收容转轴的凹槽,所述第二端子的枢转臂头部设有与转轴相配合的平台。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:本实用新型电连接器的第二端子的枢转臂设有与转轴相配合的平台,减小了因端子组装时不在同一直线上而导致的转压板难于组装的可能性。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图5所示,本实用新型电连接器包括绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1上的若干第一端子2、第二端子3、组装于绝缘本体1上的转压板4及一对抓板件5。
所述绝缘本体1包括纵长的基部10、自基部10延伸的顶壁11、底壁12及位于电连结器两端的端壁13。所述顶壁11及底壁12间形成一个用于收容柔性印刷电路板、扁平排线等片状连接体的收容空间14。所述顶壁11及底壁12上分别设有与收容空间14相通的槽道,两壁上的槽道一一相对,每一对槽道可收容一个端子,所以可收容端子的一对槽道是一个端子收容槽15。所述端壁13设有用于固持抓板件5的固持孔16。
请参阅图3及图4所示,所述第一端子2包括基体部20、自基体部20延伸且收容于端子收容槽15中的接触臂21、枢转臂22及沿与接触臂21相反方向延伸的焊接部23。所述接触臂21上设有凸伸入收容空间14中的接触部210。所述枢转臂22的头部设有凹槽220。
请参阅图3及图5所示,所述第二端子3包括基体部30、自基体部30延伸且收容于端子收容槽15中的接触臂31、枢转臂32及沿与接触臂31相反方向延伸的焊接部33。所述接触臂31上设有凸伸入收容空间14中的接触部310。所述枢转臂32的头部设有延伸至枢转臂32头部最前端的平台320。
上述两种端子分别收容于端子收容槽15中,在本实施方式中,第一端子2与第二端子3交替排列收容于端子收容槽15中。在其他实施方式中,第一端子2可以每隔两个第二端子3排列或者第二端子3每隔两个第一端子2排列等。
请参阅图1至图5所示,所述转压板4包括平板部41与结合部42,所述结合部42的两端具有两端轴420。结合部42与端子2、3的枢转臂22、32相对处设有收容枢转臂22、32头部的通槽421,与第一端子2相对的通槽421中设有收容于凹槽220中的圆形的转轴422,与第二端子3相对的通槽421中设有与平台320相枢转配合的凸轮状的转轴简称凸轮轴423,并且凸轮轴423的横截面大于圆形转轴422的横截面。所述转压板4可在打开状态和关闭状态间旋转,当转压板4处于打开状态时,片状连接体可插入收容空间14中,当转压板4处于关闭状态时,转压板4的凸轮轴423可抵压片状连接体使其与端子2、3的接触部210、310电性接触。在本实施方式中,转轴422的横截面为圆形,在其他实施方式中,转轴422的横截面可以是圆的一部分即转轴422的横截面具有圆弧部分。此外,所述转轴422、423可以都为圆形转轴或者都为凸轮轴。
如图3所示,所述抓板件5具有主体部50及伸长臂51,所述伸长臂51可插入固持孔16中从而组装于绝缘本体1中。所述伸长臂51用于支撑转压板4的端轴420从而使转压板4稳固地组装于绝缘本体1上。所述主体部50可焊接于电路板上,增加电连接器焊接于电路板上的稳固性。
在本实用新型电连接器中,所述第二端子3设有延伸至枢转臂32头部最前端的平台320,所以即使第二端子3组装后有一些前后不齐也不会造成凸轮轴423难于收容于平台320上。又圆形转轴422的横截面小于凸轮轴423的横截面,圆形转轴422与凹槽220的配合情况是当转压板4处于关闭状态时,转轴422与凹槽220不相接触,圆形转轴422与凹槽220的配合是对转压板4的限位以防止转压板4从绝缘本体1上脱离,所以即使第一端子2在组装后与第二端子3或第一端子2之间有些前后不齐,不会影响转压板4的组装。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体上的若干第一端子、第二端子及组装于绝缘本体上的转压板,所述绝缘本体具有收容空间及与收容空间相通的端子收容槽,所述第一端子及第二端子收容于端子收容槽中,第一端子及第二端子均具有接触臂及与接触臂相对延伸的枢转臂,所述转压板对应端子枢转臂设有收容枢转臂头部的通槽,其特征在于:所述转压板的通槽中设有转轴,所述第一端子的枢转臂头部设有收容转轴的凹槽,所述第二端子的枢转臂头部设有与转轴相配合的平台。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述转轴都为圆形转轴。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述转轴都为凸轮轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述位于转压板通槽中的转轴有两种,一种是圆形转轴,一种是凸轮轴。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两种转轴交替排列。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子与圆形转轴相配合,第二端子与凸轮轴相配合。
7.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述平台延伸至第二端子枢转臂的最前端。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述圆形转轴的横截面小于凸轮轴的横截面。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述转压板的两端分别设有组装于绝缘本体上的端轴。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述转压板可在打开状态和关闭状态间旋转,当转压板处于关闭状态时,所述转轴与凹槽不相接触。
