本实用新型提供一种保温层,具体地说是一种家用秸秆制气炉炉膛保温层。
背景技术
现有制气炉的炉膛有多种形式,且有不同的耐火材料作内衬,但均无炉膛保温层,由此导致制气炉外壁温度过高,炉膛热损失过大,影响气化效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种用于家用秸秆制气炉的炉膛保温层,以减少炉膛的热损失,有利于提高气化效率和燃气产量。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的实施方案为:一种制气炉炉膛保温层,其特征是整体为内空的圆筒状筒体,其上端为开口,下部为上大下小的锥筒与中部有孔的筒底相连。为便于安装、制作,圆筒状筒体可直接与中部有孔的筒底连接。
本实用新型在使用时,将保温层置于制气炉外壁与炉膛内衬之间,以阻止炉膛内的热能向炉壁传导,减少炉膛内的热损失,以保持炉膛内的高温状态,有利于增加燃气的可燃成分和缩短气化完成时间,达到提高气化效率和增加燃气产量的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本制气炉炉膛保温层整体为内空的圆筒状筒体2,筒体2上端3开口,筒体2下部与锥筒4连接,锥筒4与筒底1连接,筒底1中部有孔5。
如图2所示,该制气炉的炉膛保温层为直圆筒体2,筒体2上端3开口,筒体2下端与筒底1连接,筒底1中部有孔5。
