Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种人工髋关节假体，所述假体的关节端的外表面上设有若干微孔。采用上述结构后，由于假体的关节端外表面上设有若干微孔，使假体植入人体后，人体骨组织长入微孔中从而跟假体连接牢固；另外，由于微孔深度为200－400微米，微孔间距为50－500微米，微孔孔径为50－500微米，从而保证微孔加工方便、骨组织长入效果好，进一步保证假体与人体连接牢固、稳定性好，延长人工髋关节假体的使用寿命。

背景技术
人工髋关节假体在植入人体后，常因假体表层与人体骨组织之间结合不好而使连接不牢固，导致假体在人体内的稳定性差、使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种与人体骨组织连接紧密、手术时使用更加方便的人工髋关节假体。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案为：
一种人工髋关节假体，所述假体的关节端的外表面上设有若干微孔。
进一步，所述微孔深度为200-400微米。
进一步，所述微孔间距为50-500微米。
进一步，所述微孔孔径为50-500微米。
进一步，所述假体的直线端为圆锥形。
进一步，所述直线端的两侧面设有和该直线端延伸方向平行的狭长凹槽。
进一步，所述微孔深度不同。
采用上述结构后，由于假体的关节端外表面上设有若干微孔，使假体植入人体后，人体骨组织长入微孔中从而跟假体连接牢固；另外，由于微孔深度为200-400微米，微孔间距为50-500微米，微孔孔径为50-500微米，从而保证微孔加工方便、骨组织长入效果好，进一步保证假体与人体连接牢固、稳定性好，延长人工髋关节假体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，本实用新型人工髋关节假体，包括关节端1及直线端2，关节端1的外表面上设有若干微孔11，微孔11可根据需要设为规则或不规则图案，如图1、2所示，微孔11的深度为200-400微米，微孔间距为50-500微米，孔径为50-500微米；直线端2为圆锥形，手术时可方便地将假体植入人体股骨髓腔中。并且，直线端2的两侧面设有和该直线端延伸方向平行的狭长凹槽21，在假体插入股骨髓腔时该凹槽起到排出骨髓和血液，减低髓腔压力的作用。
另外，关节端1的外表面上若干微孔11的深度还可选取不同值。

1、一种人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述假体的关节端的外表面上设有若干微孔。
2、如权利要求1所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述微孔深度为200-400微米。
3、如权利要求1所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述微孔间距为50-500微米。
4、如权利要求1所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述微孔孔径为50-500微米。
5、如权利要求1至4任一所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述假体的直线端为圆锥形。
6、如权利要求1至4任一所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述直线端的两侧面设有和该直线端延伸方向平行的狭长凹槽。
7、如权利要求1所述人工髋关节假体，其特征在于，所述微孔深度不同。
