Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种侧板凹陷静音油烟机，包括设于风道顶板与排风室之间的风道组，风机组设于风道组内，风道组的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。由于风道组的内侧壁设有若干个凹坑，凹坑有吸音效果，因此本实用新型能使油烟机工作时有效降低噪音；且本例不会因为油烟机的长期使用(表面及内部积油)而失效，又在风道组上增加凹坑不会影响风量及风压；另增加凹坑不需要额外增加物料，并且工艺较易实现，成本较低，其本身同时也是一种对风道组的加强方式。

本实用新型涉及一种吸油烟机。
背景技术
目前使用的油烟机因对其风量、风压的要求日益增加，而噪音与风量和风压成正比，故油烟机工作时噪声较大，噪音虽符合国家标准，但普遍都偏大，并且应使用者与油烟机距离相对较近，长期使用对人体有一定的噪音危害。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种侧板凹陷静音油烟机，该侧板凹陷静音油烟机工作时能有效降低工作噪音。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种侧板凹陷静音油烟机，包括设于风道顶板与排风室之间的风道组，风机组设于风道组内，风道组的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。
风道组由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板围设而成。
风道组的前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板的四个侧板中至少有一个侧板的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。
凹坑呈对称结构。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构之一是呈半球形凹圆。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构之二是呈圆锥体形。
凹坑呈轴向对称结构是呈金字塔形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于风道组的内侧壁设有若干个凹坑，凹坑有吸音效果，因此本实用新型能使油烟机工作时有效降低噪音；且本例不会因为油烟机的长期使用(表面及内部积油)而失效，又在风道组上增加凹坑不会影响风量及风压；另增加凹坑不需要额外增加物料，并且工艺较易实现，成本较低，其本身同时也是一种对风道组的加强方式。

具体实施方式
实施例：一种侧板凹陷静音油烟机，包括设于风道顶板1与排风室2之间的风道组3，风机组4设于风道组3内，风道组的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑5。
风道组由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板围设而成。
风道组的前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板的四个侧板中至少有一个侧板的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。
凹坑呈轴向对称结构，即凹坑呈轴向的左、右对称或前、后对称或左、右、前、后同时对称。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构之一是呈半球形凹圆。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构之二是呈圆锥体形。
凹坑呈回旋转体对称结构的结构之三是呈金字塔形。
本例风道组的内侧壁上设凹坑的方式是：在风道组的内侧壁向外打凹圆(外侧壁凸出高度为2.8mm，半径为8mm)，即从风道组外侧壁看都是凸圆，从风道组内侧壁看都是凹圆。
本例不会因为油烟机的长期使用(表面及内部积油)而失效，又在风道组上增加凹坑不会影响风量及风压；另增加凹坑不需要额外增加物料，并且工艺较易实现，成本较低，其本身同时也是一种对风道组的加强方式。

1.一种侧板凹陷静音油烟机，包括设于风道顶板与排风室之间的风道组，风机组设于风道组内，其特征是：风道组的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：风道组由前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板围设而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：风道组的前侧板、后侧板、左侧板、右侧板的四个侧板中至少有一个侧板的内侧壁设有若干个吸音的凹坑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：凹坑呈轴向对称结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：凹坑呈轴向回旋转体对称结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：凹坑呈轴向回旋转体对称结构之一是呈半球形凹圆。
7.根据权利要求5所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：凹坑呈轴向回旋转体对称结构之二是呈圆锥体形。
8.根据权利要求4所述的侧板凹陷静音油烟机，其特征是：凹坑呈轴向对称结构是呈金字塔形。
