Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种摇摆蜡烛灯,属于装饰灯具技术领域。本摇摆蜡烛灯要做到富于动感、逼真、自然、能模拟风吹火光摇曳的情景。为此,装在灯头上的外壳内腔装有电磁摇摆机构,该电磁摇摆机构上部摇摆端通过支架管及灯泡支承座与灯泡相连接。本实用新型由于动感强烈、效果逼真、自然,既适合在餐厅的蜡烛台、客厅的蜡烛式吊灯上配套使用,也可与更多豪华灯饰配套设计应用。

本实用新型涉及装饰灯具技术领域,特别是一种摇摆蜡烛灯。
背景技术
现有一种蜡烛灯由灯座、灯杆、装饰灯罩及灯珠、灯头组成,灯杆顶部装有灯头,该灯头上装有灯珠,装饰灯罩,如火矩形灯罩螺纹连接在灯杆顶部并罩住灯珠,供电给灯珠的导线从灯头开始穿过灯杆、灯座并通过插头插入插座中。这种蜡烛灯存在如下不足之处:(1)毫无动感,设有风吹火光摇曳的感觉,不够逼真。(2)仿真度差,难以配置在餐厅的蜡烛台、客厅的蜡烛式吊灯等场合中应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种富于动感且效果逼真的摇摆蜡烛灯。
本实用新型所提出的技术解决方案是这样的:、一种摇摆蜡烛灯,包括灯头12、装在灯头12上的外壳5及上盖5-1,以及带灯罩2的灯泡1,在外壳5内腔装有电磁摇摆机构,该电磁摇摆机构上部摇摆端通过支架管4及灯泡支承座3与灯泡1相连接。装在外壳5内腔内的电磁摇摆机构从下至上分别装有电磁铁驱动电路板11、电磁铁9及其线圈10、内壳6,该内壳6内腔从下至上分别装有永磁体8、平衡块7、支轴套座13、支轴14,支轴套座13紧套在平衡块7上部,支轴14与支架管4下部和支轴套座13相连接后与内壳6上部两侧壁铰接。所述电磁铁驱动电路采用阻容充放电路,该电路的电容C一端、线圈10一端、二极管D1阳极相连接后与电源输入一端连接,电容C另一端、触发二极管D2阳极、电阻R一端相连接,触发二极管D2阴极与线圈L10另一端相连接,二极管D1阴极、电阻R另一端、灯泡1一极相连接,灯泡1另一极与电源另一输入端连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
(1)由于在灯头与灯泡之间设有定时触发、衰减摆动的电磁摇摆机构,使本蜡烛灯能模拟风吹火光摇曳的情景,令人感觉到逼真、自然。
(2)本摇摆蜡烛灯仿真度高,完全适合在餐厅的蜡烛台、客厅的蜡烛式吊灯等场合配套使用。
由于本摇摆蜡烛灯动感强烈、效果逼真自然,因而可与更多的豪华灯饰配套设计应用。

具体实施方式
通过下面实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细阐述。
参见图1、图2所示,一种摇摆蜡烛灯由螺纹灯头12、电磁摇摆机构、支架管4、灯泡1组成,外壳5下端部插装在灯头12内,电磁摇摆机构装在外壳5内腔内,该电磁摇摆机构由电磁铁驱动电路板11、电磁铁9及其线圈10、内壳6、永磁体8、平衡块7、支轴套垫13、支轴14组成,电磁铁9、电路板11分别置于外壳5内腔下部,电磁铁9上方装有内壳6,在该内壳6内,支轴套座1 3紧套金属平衡块7上部,平衡块7下端面粘固有一块永磁体8,支架管4下端部插入支轴套座13上部的套座后,将支轴14穿过该套座及支架管4后与内壳6上部两侧壁铰接,此时,平衡块7、永磁体8与支架管4、灯泡1成为摇摆机构。为了增大摆幅,需要增大平衡块7的高度。支架管4穿过上盖5-1通过灯泡支承座3支承着灯泡1,灯罩2套在灯泡1外面并固紧在支承座3上。为了使支架管4能顺畅摇摆,上盖5-1中部沿支架管4摇摆方向开有一空槽。
本摇摆蜡烛灯是通过阻容充放电路向电磁铁9作定时脉冲放电,当线圈10获得电容C放电电流后,电磁铁9产生一个磁场与上方的永磁体8的N、S极产生相吸、相斥,从而驱动平衡块7前后摆动,这里,要求永磁体8的N-S极轴线与支轴14成90°角度设置,在电容C两次放电的时间间隔内,由于摩擦力和空气阻力的存在,该灯泡1、平衡块7的摆动幅度递减,从而模拟风吹火光摇曳的情景、自然而逼真。
电磁铁驱动电路采用阻容充放电路,该电路由电容C、电阻R、触发二极管D2、二极管D1组成,灯泡1亦由本电路供电。交流220V外电源通过电阻R对电容C充电,当电容C的充电电压上升到触发二极管D2的导通电压时,电容C即向电磁铁线圈L放电,线圈L通过电磁铁产生一个磁场与悬吊的永磁体8的N、S极分别产生相斥和相吸,从而令整个机构摇摆起来。
Claims (3)
1、一种摇摆蜡烛灯,包括灯头(12)、装在灯头(12)上的外壳(5)及上盖(5-1),以及带灯罩(2)的灯泡(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(5)内腔装有电磁摇摆机构,该电磁摇摆机构上部摇摆端通过支架管(4)及灯泡支承座(3)与灯泡(1)相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的摇摆蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述装在外壳(5)内腔内的电磁摇摆机构从下至上分别装有电磁铁驱动电路板(11)、电磁铁(9)及其线圈(10)、内壳(6),该内壳(6)内腔从下至上分别装有永磁体(8)、平衡块(7)、支轴套座(13)、支轴(14),支轴套座(13)紧套在平衡块(7)上部,支轴(14)与支架管(4)下部和支轴套座(13)相连接后与内壳(6)上部两侧壁铰接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的摇摆蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述电磁铁驱动电路采用阻容充放电路,该电路的电容C一端、线圈(10)一端、二极管D1阳极相连接后与电源输入一端连接,电容C另一端、触发二极管D2阳极、电阻R一端相连接,触发二极管D2阴极与线圈L(10)另一端相连接,二极管D1阴极、电阻R另一端、灯泡(1)一极相连接,灯泡(1)另一极与电源另一输入端连接。
