背景技术
六面顶压机合成设备是金刚石生产专用设备,现有压机由六个铰链梁活塞组件通过链耳、销轴连接而成。压机工作过程中,铰链梁缸受到高压腔的径向膨胀力和缸体向外的强大后推力作用,耳部受力很大,使用中易断裂;同时,由于压机部件受力较大,对部件强度要求高,设备投资较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种蝶形连接六面顶压机外框架。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:蝶形连接六面顶压机外框架,由四周联体支撑和上、下蝶形支撑连接而成,四周联体支撑为四周设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板的平面的框式结构,其四周上、下部均设链耳;上、下蝶形支撑底部设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板的平面的支撑板,其四边均设蝶形链耳,四周联体支撑和上、下蝶形支撑通过链耳和销轴连接固定。
上、下蝶形支撑与四周联体支撑相邻链耳对之间设置有装卸窗口。
本实用新型可与外装活塞六面顶压机配合使用,采用上、中、下三体结构,上、中、下三体蝶形连接,其间设置有装卸窗口,便于压机组装体的整体进出维护,合成过程中稳定可靠。压机工作过程中,高压缸强大的后推力通过后堵板传递给外框架四周联体支撑和上、下蝶形支撑平面,框架受力均匀,机体只起活塞的定位作用和承受径向膨胀力,压机机体组装件不会受到损坏。由于采用框架受力,机体在高压工作中各部位受力较小,对机体部件强度要求低,机体重量可大幅减少,设备造价低。

具体实施方式
蝶形连接六面顶压机外框架,由四周联体支撑1和上、下蝶形支撑2、3连接而成,四周联体支撑1为四周设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板10的平面的框式结构,其四周上、下部均设链耳4;上、下蝶形支撑2、3底部设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板10的平面的支撑板,其四边均设蝶形链耳5,四周联体支撑1和上、下蝶形支撑2、3通过链耳4、5和销轴6连接固定。上、下蝶形支撑2、3与四周联体支撑1相邻链耳对之间设置有装卸窗口7。
本实用新型可与外装活塞六面顶压机配合使用,外装活塞六面顶压机包括六个通过筋板8连接的铰链梁9,铰链梁9上设有高压腔油口、前腔油口,铰链梁9内端内凸形成活塞孔、外端安装后堵板10形成活塞缸,活塞11安装其中。

1、蝶形连接六面顶压机外框架,其特征在于,由四周联体支撑和上、下蝶形支撑连接而成,四周联体支撑为四周设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板的平面的框式结构,其四周上、下部均设链耳;上、下蝶形支撑为底部设置支撑固定铰链梁缸后堵板的平面的支撑板,其四边均设蝶形链耳,四周联体支撑和上、下蝶形支撑通过链耳和销轴连接固定。
2、如权利要求1所述的蝶形连接六面顶压机外框架,其特征在于,上、下蝶形支撑与四周联体支撑相邻链耳对之间设置有装卸窗口。
