背景技术
人的一生有大约三分之一的时间处于睡眠状态，所以人们与枕头的关系可谓密不可分。传统枕头大多是用各种纤维材料做枕心，统一尺寸、统一高度，不能适应每个人自身的颈椎及头部的生理曲线，故而有人常常感觉不舒服、不解乏，不仅不能缓解白天工作的疲劳，严重时还会引起落枕等颈椎疾病，对日常工作中引起的头痛、颈肩不适等也没有按摩等保健功能。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种符合人体生理曲线的保健按摩枕头。

本实用新型所述的保健按摩枕头，包括由织物包覆的枕心，其特征在于：所述的枕心由木质圆珠和掺杂在木质圆珠之间的软木碎块组成。
