近年来，随着社会竞争越来越激烈，现代生活节奏的加快，人们承受的压力也越来越大，疲劳、亚健康、失眠、健忘等一直困扰现代的人们，睡眠成为人们生活的一大苦恼。如颈椎病，由于颈椎及颈部软组织慢性损伤或退变引起脊柱内外力学平衡失调，压迫或刺激颈部血管、神经和脊髓引起头、颈、肩臂、上肢、背中部、胸部疼痛及其它症状，甚至合并肢体功能障碍等一组临床症候群。病症轻者头痛、头晕、恶心呕吐、颈肩疼痛、上肢麻木、无力、耳鸣、视物模糊、胸闷心慌等，重者还可导致肢体瘫痪、大小便障碍，甚至危及生命。中医学认为本病因年老体衰、肝肾不足、筋骨失养；或久坐耗气、劳损筋肉；或感受外邪、客于静脉，或扭挫损伤、气血瘀滞，经脉痹阻不通所致。

所述护肩本体内部设置有按摩珠。
所述护肩本体内周边设置有支撑圈。
所述支撑圈为弹性支撑圈。

肩井穴：肩，穴在肩部也。井，地部孔隙也。肩井穴名意指胆经的地部水液由此入地之地部。
肺腧穴：肺腧穴在背部，第三胸椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。肺主一身之气，腧，通“输”，有转输经气的意思。因此，肺腧穴就具有调补肺气，补虚清热的功效。
