背景技术
枕头，是一种睡眠工具，一般认为，枕头是人们为睡眠舒适而采用的填充物，从现代医学研究上认识，人体的脊柱，从正面看是一条直线，但侧面看是具有三个生理弯曲的曲线，为保护颈部的正常生理弯曲，维持人们睡眠时正常的生理活动，睡觉时须采用枕头，枕头一般由枕芯、枕套两部分构成。
现代生活节奏加快，由于人们在工作和生活中长期保持着不正常的姿势，使得颈椎病发病率高，且药物治疗不理想，而睡觉是人们保持正常颈椎曲度和恢复正常颈椎曲度的重要时机，因此，枕头的结构设计和组成构造是非常重要的健康保证，而枕头过高或过低都对人体健康不利，睡觉时维持颈椎的正常曲度，才能使颈部皮肤、肌肉、韧带、椎间关节及穿过颈部的气管、食道和神经等组织与整个人体一起放松、休息，正常人睡高枕，无论是仰卧还是侧卧，都会使颈椎生理状态改变，使颈部某些局部肌肉过度紧张，久而久之，颈部肌肉就会发生劳损、挛缩，促使颈椎位置发生微小变化，引起颈部神经根和血管受刺激或压迫，出现反射性痉挛，甚至造成脑部供血不足，产生颈、肩、背、臂麻痛或头晕、头痛、视力下降、耳鸣、恶心、听力减退等症状，高枕是引起落枕、颈椎病的常见原因之一，此外，高枕会增大颈部与胸部角度，使气管通气受阻，易导致咽干、咽痛和鼻鼾，高枕还能使胸背肌肉长期紧张，胸部受压，妨碍正常呼吸，长此下去必定给身体带来不良影响，正常人长期睡低枕，同样也会改变颈椎生理状态，因头部的静脉无瓣膜，重力可使脑内静脉回流变慢，动脉供血相对增加，从而出现头涨、烦躁、失眠等不适，低枕对于高血压和动脉粥样硬化病人尤其有不良影响。
人在正常睡眠时通常会出现仰卧和侧卧两种睡眠姿态，枕头的设计在要同时满足仰卧和侧卧两种睡眠姿态的要求情况下，还需满足不同体型人群的睡眠要求，在目前的枕头设计中，有很多保健枕头，但其设计都存在很大缺陷，并不能达到很好的效果。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，包括仰卧块，所述仰卧块的两侧均固定连接有过度弧板，并且过度弧板远离仰卧块的一侧固定连接有侧卧块，所述侧卧块顶部的前侧固定连接有前颈托，并且侧卧块顶部的后侧固定连接有后颈托，所述仰卧块、过度弧板和侧卧块的底部活动连接有第一调节垫，并且第一调节垫的底部活动连接有第二调节垫。
优选的，所述仰卧块、过度弧板和侧卧块上均开设有透气孔，并且透气孔以等距的方式排列。
优选的，所述仰卧块包括前仰卧块，并且前仰卧块的一侧固定连接有后仰卧块。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
(1)、该具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，通过设置有的仰卧块、过度弧板和侧卧块，仰卧块按人体颈部的正常生理曲度设计成具有高低不同的马鞍形状，保证了人们在睡眠时无论是仰卧还是侧卧均能符合人体颈椎的生理弯曲度，极大的避免了颈椎形变，避免了颈部软组织和韧带紧张，防止了产生颈、肩、背、臂麻痛或头晕、头痛、视力下降、耳鸣、恶心、听力减退等的症状，提高了人们正常的睡眠，有效预防了落枕和颈部疾病，满足了不同体型人群的睡眠要求，提高了使用者的工作效率，更好的方便了使用者的使用，增加了使用率。
(2)、该具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，通过增加了第一调节垫和第二调节垫，解决了目前的枕头不具有调节高度功能的情况，更好的满足了不同人群体型的使用，增加了枕头的功能性，扩大使用范围。

请参阅图1-4，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，整个装置的前面和后面均呈弧形，包括仰卧块1，仰卧块1包括前仰卧块101，并且前仰卧块101的一侧固定连接有后仰卧块102，前仰卧块101和后仰卧块102构成马鞍形状，更好的满足使用者的使用，过度弧板2和侧卧块3的上表面均开设有透气孔8，并且透气孔8以等距的方式排列，透气孔8可以有效的增加枕头的透气性，延长产品使用寿命。仰卧块1的两侧均固定连接有过度弧板2，过度弧板2弧面的弧度为三十度至六十度之间，并且过度弧板2远离仰卧块1的一侧固定连接有侧卧块3，侧卧块3顶部的前侧固定连接有前颈托4，并且侧卧块3顶部的后侧固定连接有后颈托5，前颈托4和后颈托5的数量均为两个，仰卧块1、过度弧板2和侧卧块3的底部活动连接有第一调节垫6，并且第一调节垫6的底部活动连接有第二调节垫7，通过设置有的仰卧块1、过度弧板2和侧卧块3，仰卧块1按人体颈部的正常生理曲度设计成具有高低不同的马鞍形状，保证了人们在睡眠时无论是仰卧还是侧卧均能符合人体颈椎的生理弯曲度，极大的避免了颈椎形变，避免了颈部软组织和韧带紧张，防止了产生颈、肩、背、臂麻痛或头晕、头痛、视力下降、耳鸣、恶心、听力减退等的症状，提高了人们正常的睡眠，有效预防了落枕和颈部疾病，满足了不同体型人群的睡眠要求，提高了使用者的工作效率，更好的方便了使用者的使用，增加了使用率，通过增加了第一调节垫6和第二调节垫7，解决了目前的枕头不具有调节高度功能的情况，更好的满足了不同人群体型的使用，增加了枕头的功能性，扩大使用范围。

1.一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，包括仰卧块(1)，其特征在于：所述仰卧块(1)的两侧均固定连接有过度弧板(2)，并且过度弧板(2)远离仰卧块(1)的一侧固定连接有侧卧块(3)，所述侧卧块(3)顶部的前侧固定连接有前颈托(4)，并且侧卧块(3)顶部的后侧固定连接有后颈托(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述的过度弧板(2)和侧卧块(3)的上表面上均开设有透气孔(8)，并且透气孔(8)以等距的方式排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述仰卧块(1)包括前仰卧块(101)，并且前仰卧块(101)的一侧固定连接有后仰卧块(102)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述仰卧块(1)、过度弧板(2)和侧卧块(3)的底部活动连接有第一调节垫(6)，并且第一调节垫(6)的底部活动连接有第二调节垫(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保护颈椎的保健枕头，其特征在于：所述的过度弧板(2)弧面的弧度为三十度至六十度之间。
