本实用新型涉及一种保健枕头，由枕套和枕芯组成，枕套由连成一体的左部、中部、右部以及位于中部上面的透气孔构成；枕芯套装在枕套中，枕芯中套装有药芯，药芯填充的是决明子。所述保健枕结构合理，符合人体工程学的原理，适合人体不同睡姿对颈部的支撑，因此能很好地保护颈部，而且枕头中填充了中草药，从而使用本实用新型产品能起到校正颈椎、消除疲劳的同时，具有降糖降压、疏风散热，养肝明目的功能。

背景技术
枕头，是一种人类惯用的床上用品，从现代医学研究上认识，人体的脊柱，从正面看是一条直线，但侧面看是具有生理弯曲的曲线，为了保护颈部的正常生理弯曲，维持人们睡眠时正常的生理活动，人们睡眠时必须采用枕头。目前，市场上的枕头五花八门，有的在枕套内放置竹炭、磁石等，但用户使用时并不舒适，一则枕头形状不适于颈部枕靠，颈部处于悬空状态，造成颈部肌肉僵硬，出现颈部酸痛等症状；二则枕头太硬，使颈部不能完全放松，不利于休息，直接影响用户的睡眠。在使用枕头的过程中，慢慢的用户会发现头部枕靠着的往往要比颈部枕靠的高，此时颈部处于悬空状态，就会感觉不适，长久如此会造成颈椎疼痛等病症；而用户在使用时也会经常调整姿势或是调整枕头，以使枕头完全填补颈部的空缺部位，这显然给用户带来了不便，也影响用户的休息。
祖国传统中医认为，人体肌表经络遭受风寒湿邪侵袭后，使气血运行不畅引起筋骨肌肉关节等处的疼痛、酸痛、重着、麻木和关节肿大、屈伸不利等症，统称为痹证。
随着现代工作和生活节奏的加快，人们的精神压力逐步增加，许多人不知不觉中进入了亚健康状态，而且没有引起足够的重视，没有及时地进行检查并治疗。久而久之，身体状况每况愈下，直至生病。而人们生病之后，不得不进入吃药打针输液等，已属补救措施。其实，医学认为，预防疾病重于治疗疾病。以中医的观点，许多疾病是由于气血不畅、寒气入侵所致，如果解决了这一问题，就可能将疾病置之门外。
此外，一些慢性病如糖尿病、高血压、神经衰弱、失眠头痛等患者，不得不长期服药，长期服药，一方面对胃产生一定刺激，另一方面，由于工作忙等原因，人们往往不能长期坚持服药，从而影响了疗效。因此，本申请提供了一种保健枕头，在保证睡眠的前提下，对慢性病病人进一步进行辅助治疗。

一种保健枕头，由枕套和枕芯组成，其特征在于：枕套由连成一体的左部、中部、右部以及位于中部上面的透气孔构成；枕芯套装在枕套中，枕芯中套装有药芯，药芯填充的是决明子。
进一步地，枕套和枕芯都是由纯棉布制作。
所述药芯中还可以装有决明子、苦荞皮、白芷、绿豆皮及黑豆皮的混合物。
有益效果
在保证睡眠的情况下，能起到校正颈椎、消除疲劳的同时，具有降糖降压、疏风散热，养肝明目的功能。
