本实用型涉及一种日常生活用品领域，具体地说是一种在仰卧、侧卧时稳定、保护颈椎，使颈椎保持正常生理结构的保健枕。
背景技术
枕头为每个人睡眠时必备，枕头的作用是为了支撑颈存在着生理曲度的颈椎，使人在睡眠时颈椎及颈椎周围软组织因支撑而放松，并能稳定颈椎、使颈椎保持正常生理结构，不发生颈椎疾病。因此，古人常用硬材质做枕头，如木枕、瓷枕、砖枕等，但是硬质枕头的缺陷是，材质过硬，通气性不好，侧卧时硬质枕枕垫面部时不舒服。后人为了枕头使用舒适，废弃了硬枕，使用纱、棉、人造棉等作枕芯填充物，这种枕头虽然枕时舒适，但它对颈椎及周围肌群无明显支撑作用，人在睡眠时，颈椎及周围肌群得不到放松而处于持续紧张、疲劳状态。人们常因枕软枕而发生落枕，久而久之，便容易患颈椎病；常规软质枕头，也是睡眠质量差、引发失眠的重要因素之一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种具有保护和稳定在仰卧和侧卧时能够持续保持颈椎正常生理结构的保健枕。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下方案：
稳颈保健枕，具有枕芯和枕套，其结构特点在于：所述枕芯由内枕芯和外枕芯两部分组成，内枕芯的底部固定在外枕芯纵向的底部中线上；所述内枕芯左半部为硬质枕芯，右半部为半硬质枕芯，所述外枕芯为软质枕芯。
本实用新型的结构特点还在于：
所述内枕芯的硬质枕芯填充物为：椿枝、柳枝、桃枝的细木屑以及茯神木、远志碎屑；所述内枕芯的半硬质枕芯填充物包含：荞麦壳、蚕沙；以及茯神木、远志碎屑中的一种或一种以上；所述外枕芯的填充物为棉纱、海绵、植物纤维中的任意一种。
所述内枕芯的左半部为弧面型，右半部为平面型。
所述内枕芯的纵向中部均嵌有2-4块磁石。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1、本实用新型借鉴古人硬质枕制作设计，并克服硬质枕质地过硬、通气性不好，侧卧时硬质枕枕垫面部不舒服的不足，方法是将具有药用价值的木材，如椿、柳、桃枝粉碎为细屑，加入茯神木、远志碎屑，装入左侧弧面型造型的内枕芯并压实。既具有古人硬材质枕的支撑颈椎作用，且有良好的通气性。当人仰卧时，枕在稳颈保健枕左侧半硬质材制作的弧形枕上，颈椎与弧形面吻合，产生良好的支撑颈椎、预防颈椎病发生的作用。
2、本实用新型又借鉴今人软质枕制作设计，力求保持古人硬枕头的功能作用，以通气性好、耐压、易滑动、不起粉尘的荞麦壳、蚕沙并加中药茯神木、远志碎屑作右侧枕芯，既克服了当前使用丝绵枕芯过软的不足，亦消除了古人硬枕使用不适的缺点。枕用时，具有舒适、通气性好，有益面部皮肤的血液循环，保护皮肤质量的作用。同时，也因设计合理，枕高于肩高近同，在侧卧时亦可有效的保持颈椎的稳定。
3、本实用新型采用双层枕芯，外枕芯采用丝绵、人造棉、植物纤维等弹性好，材质柔的填充物，改善整个枕头的柔软性，增加使用舒适度。外枕芯具有对硬质、半硬质内枕芯，由支撑颈部逐渐过渡到颈肩不需要硬枕的作用。
4、本实用新型的枕芯以椿、柳、桃等细木屑、中药茯神木、远志碎屑等具有药用价值的物质作为填充物，并加用磁石，汲取古今枕头功用之长，结合现代医学解剖学认识，利用传统中医药及现代科学研究成果，合理科学设计、配伍，使其能够真正产生支撑颈椎、稳定颈椎、减轻颈椎病症状，促进颈椎病康复、预防颈椎病发生的多功能保健枕，其适用于各类人群，更适用于颈椎病、失眠人群。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图4，本实施例中的稳颈梦蝶保健枕包括枕芯及枕套，枕芯由内枕芯1和外枕芯2两部分组成，内枕芯1的底部固定在外枕芯2纵向的底部中线上；内枕芯左半部11为硬质枕芯，内枕芯右半部12为半硬质枕芯，外枕芯为软质枕芯。硬质枕芯用椿枝、柳枝、桃枝等细木屑、中药茯神木、远志碎屑装入横截面为弧面型造型的内枕芯并压实。内枕芯右半部12的半硬质质枕芯用荞麦壳、蚕沙及中药茯神木、远志碎屑中的一种或几种装成平面枕芯。在内枕芯的中部纵向均匀嵌有2-4块磁石。
内枕芯的硬质枕芯与半硬质枕芯相对结，并将底部固定在外枕芯纵向的底部中线上，在固定好内枕芯后，均匀装进外枕芯填充物，外枕芯填充物为棉纱、人造棉、海绵、植物纤维等无害、质轻有弹性且柔和的填充物，外枕芯中棉纱、人造棉海绵、植物纤维等填充材质及外枕套均经远红外粉处理。内外枕芯装好后，套上枕套即可。
内枕芯的硬质枕芯端供仰卧用，有利颈椎的支撑；半硬质端供侧卧用，既有益面部皮肤血液循环运转，同时具有侧卧稳定颈椎的功能。
外枕芯为柔质具有弹性的填充物，作用在于对内枕芯支撑力的过渡，使枕头对人颈肩的负压完全合于人颈肩曲度最佳承载量，使人的颈、肩无论凹凸部位，均能接受到合理的力学支撑和保护。

1.稳颈保健枕，具有枕芯和枕套，其特征在于：所述枕芯由内枕芯和外枕芯两部分组成，内枕芯的底部固定在外枕芯纵向的底部中线上；所述内枕芯左半部为硬质枕芯，右半部为半硬质枕芯，所述外枕芯为软质枕芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳颈保健枕，其特征在于：所述内枕芯的左半部横截面为弧面型，右半部为平面型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稳颈保健枕，其特征在于：所述内枕芯的纵向中部均嵌有2-4块磁石。
