Abstract

本实用新型为一种起动机电刷端盖结构。
背景技术
目前起动机包括机壳、电枢、电磁开关、驱动端盖、拨叉、行星轮轴、单向器、电刷端盖部件构成。当起动机开始工作的时候,电枢旋转带动行星轮轴旋转,单向器装备在行星轮轴上,随行星轮轴旋转,由于电磁开关的作用,单向器在拨叉的带动下沿传动轴向前滑动,与发动机的飞轮啮合,进行工作。
目前车辆起动机电刷端盖所使用的为铜套,在电枢旋转时,会产生机械损耗,降低了转速和功率,影响起动机的性能,降低了起动机的使用寿命,而且还产生噪音。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述的不足,提供一种可提高转速,功率,延长使用寿命,降低噪音的一种起动机电刷端盖结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:电刷端盖的安装孔处安装滚针轴承和轴堵盖。
本实用新型的优点是由于滚针轴承结构代替铜套结构,减小了在电枢旋转时与轴承的摩擦,从而提高了转速和功率,降低了噪音,延长了起动机的使用寿命。
