背景技术
现有技术采用沉降技术进行湿式预分级,沉降技术分级时间长、效率低,用水量大,以#1200为例,单批次生产用时24h-30h以上,用水量12-15m3/吨原料。并且,为保证原料充分分散,沉降预分级必须添加分散剂。目前国内普通选用的分散剂为水玻璃,这就使得沉降预分级所排出的污水给环境带来污染。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种无须添加分散剂且工作效率高、用水量小的半导体材料线切割专用刃料水流预分级设备。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的半导体材料线切割专用刃料水流预分级设备,它包括设置有上下筒口的锥筒,在所述锥筒上筒口连通有一带有螺旋通道的进料构件,所述进料构件的进料口设置在进料构件的侧壁上;在进料构件的中部垂直设置有出料管,所述出料管的吸入口与锥筒内腔相通,其出口向上延伸出进料构件之外。
本实用新型的优点在于使用旋流分级技术,无须添加任何分散剂,因此不会对环境造成污染。工作时,带有刃料的水流自所述进料口沿所述螺旋通道进入锥筒内腔并在锥筒内形成螺旋水流,较大的刃料颗粒所受的离心力较大,分布在筒内壁附近并在重力作用下逐渐下沉自下筒口排出;而较小的刃料颗粒位于锥筒中部的上层自所述出料管出口排出。通过调整料浆浓度和水流速度即可达到精确分离刃料目的,有效地提高了后序生产效率。并且用水量小,吨原料用水只有现有技术的5-6%,极大地节省水资源,实现了环保、节能、高效生产。
