本实用新型涉及农用机械技术领域，尤其是一种装在甘蔗收割机上用于切断甘蔗的装置。
背景技术
现有的甘蔗收割机的切断装置，都是包括有圆形刀盘、导向板和位于圆形刀盘与刀片之间的垫板，导向板都是装在刀片的下方。当甘蔗收割机在运行同时切断甘蔗并且通过导向板把甘蔗向后输送时，由于导向板是装在刀片的下方，而那些躺在导向板上还没有及时被输送走的甘蔗就会受到飞转的刀片的损伤，这样甘蔗的损伤率过高，不能被蔗农所接受，而由于存在这个缺陷，甘蔗收割机的推广受到了很大的限制。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种甘蔗收割机的切断装置，它主要解决甘蔗被切割后在导向板上被刀片二次切割而造成损伤的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：它包括有圆形刀盘、导向板和位于该圆形刀盘与刀片之间的垫板，所述导向板装在所述刀片的上方。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型与现有技术相比，它的有益效果是：由于导向板装在刀片的上方，导向板把刀片与切断的甘蔗隔开，起到保护甘蔗不被刀片损伤的作用。

下面结合附图实例对本实用新型作进一步详述：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括有圆形刀盘1、导向板3和位于该圆形刀盘与刀片2之间的垫板4，刀片2与垫板4由螺栓5固定在圆形刀盘1圆周的下方，导向板3装在刀片2的上方。这样当甘蔗收割机在运行同时切断甘蔗时，甘蔗倒向导向板3，由导向板3把甘蔗向后输送，由于导向板3是装在刀片2的上方，就把刀片2与切断的甘蔗隔开，这样刀片不管如何运转都不会碰及到甘蔗，达到保护甘蔗不被刀片损伤的目的。
