背景技术
现有的圆柱形锂电池都使用钢外壳或是铝外壳包装,但是这种包装外壳对于锂电池有一些不足之处,防爆的安全性差,金属外壳在提高防破裂能力的同时,也增加了爆炸后的危险;金属外壳比较重,造成电池比能量低;电池的长度和直径变更不灵活,受到限制,影响电池在特殊场合的使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电池的安全性高,灵活方便的圆柱形锂电池软包装壳。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,圆柱形锂电池软包装壳是由铝塑复合膜组成,在铝塑复合膜上有冲压而成的半圆柱形凹坑,半圆柱形凹坑旁边预留有平面或冲压成各种形状的凹坑。将铝塑复合膜对折合拢,半圆柱形凹坑相对形成圆柱形电池腔,用来装圆柱形的锂电池芯;半圆柱形凹坑旁边预留的平面或冲压成各种形状的凹坑形成气袋或气囊,用来装电池化成时产生的气体。使用时将包装壳边缘封闭,带胶极耳从封边引出,化成后再抽真空封口,将气袋或气囊剪掉,将封边弯折贴近电池身,即可用本实用新型制成圆柱形软包装锂电池。
本实用新型在铝塑复合膜上有冲压而成的两个半圆柱形凹坑,将铝塑复合膜合拢,两个半圆柱形凹坑相对形成圆柱形电池腔。
本实用新型结构简单,加工方便,电池的长度和直径变更灵活,不受限制,适合于电池在安全性要求高的场合使用。

如附图1、附图2、附图3所示,附图1适合于直径较小的情形,本实用新型圆柱形锂电池软包装壳是由铝塑复合膜1组成,在铝塑复合膜1上冲压半圆柱形凹坑2,半圆柱形凹坑2旁边预留有平面薄膜3,两个半圆柱形凹坑2之间相邻,便于对折,锂电池芯放置在半圆柱形凹坑2内,将铝塑复合膜对折合拢,半圆柱形凹坑2相对形成圆柱形电池腔,用来装圆柱形的锂电池芯;半圆柱形凹坑旁边预留的平面薄膜3形成气袋,用来装电池化成时产生的气体。使用时将包装壳边缘封闭,带胶极耳4从封边引出。
如附图4、附图5、附图6所示,附图4适合于直径较大的情形,本实用新型圆柱形锂电池软包装壳是由铝塑复合膜1组成,在铝塑复合膜1上冲压半圆柱形凹坑2,半圆柱形凹坑2旁边预留有长方形凹坑5,两个半圆柱形凹坑2之间相隔,便于对折,锂电池芯放置在半圆柱形凹坑2内,将铝塑复合膜对折合拢,半圆柱形凹坑2相对形成圆柱形电池腔,用来装圆柱形的锂电池芯;半圆柱形凹坑旁边预留的长方形凹坑5形成气囊,用来装电池化成时产生的气体。使用时将包装壳边缘封闭,带胶极耳4从封边引出。

1、一种圆柱形锂电池软包装壳,其特征是圆柱形锂电池软包装壳是由铝塑复合膜组成,在铝塑复合膜上有冲压而成的半圆柱形凹坑。
2、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池软包装壳,其特征是在铝塑复合膜上有冲压而成的两个半圆柱形凹坑,将铝塑复合膜合拢,两个半圆柱形凹坑相对形成圆柱形电池腔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池软包装壳,其特征是在铝塑复合膜上有冲压而成的两个半圆柱形凹坑,半圆柱形凹坑旁边预留有平面。
