背景技术:
建筑用空心砌块比建筑用实心砌块耗料少、砌块重量轻,目前常用的建筑用空心砌块(专利号:200420035696.3)由顶板、两支撑腿组成,顶板受两支撑腿支撑,两支撑腿之间设有加强肋,顶板上设置有凸台,凸台两侧设有低于凸台的条形缺口,条形缺口的宽度与两支撑腿的宽度相适应,凸台宽度与砌块内空腔宽度相适应。顶板、两支撑腿、加强肋为周边形成砌块空间,这种空心砌块在砌成墙体时,有如下缺陷:1,空心砌块砌块空间内布置、穿越管线不方便;2,加强肋与下层凸台接触缝隙小,有毛细管作用,上下层空心砌块间的渗漏水易向内墙渗漏;3,不便于在砌块上配置纵向钢筋。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种布置、穿越管线方便,在砌块上便于配置纵向钢筋,上下层空心砌块间接触缝隙大,不会有毛细管作用,上下层空心砌块间的渗漏水易不会向内墙渗漏的建筑用空心砌块。
本实用新型目的是这样来实现的,该建筑用空心砌块,由顶板、两支撑腿组成,顶板受两支撑腿支撑,两支撑腿之间设有加强肋,顶板、两支撑腿、加强肋为周边形成砌块空间,所述的顶板上设有两条或多条凸肋。
由于该建筑用空心砌块的顶板上设有两条或多条凸肋,条形肋对上层两支撑腿起限位作用,防止外墙渗漏水向内墙渗漏,布置管线、配置纵向钢筋可在两条形凸肋之间的凹槽内进行,不需穿越砌块空间,非常方便;两条形凸肋之间的凹槽,加大了上下层空心砌块间缝隙,不会产生毛细管作用,上下层空心砌块间的渗漏水不向内墙渗漏。

具体实施方式:
参考图1——图7,该建筑用空心砌块,由顶板4、两支撑腿3组成,顶板4受两支撑腿3支撑,两支撑腿3之间设有加强肋6,顶板4、两支撑腿3、加强肋6为周边形成砌块空间5,所述的顶板4上设有条形凸肋1,条形缺口11的宽度与两支撑腿3的宽度相适应,条形凸肋1对上层两支撑腿3起限位作用,还可防止外墙渗漏水向内墙渗漏,布置管线可在两条形凸肋1之间的凹槽2内进行,不需穿越砌块空间5,非常方便,凹槽2内也便于置放钢筋7,浇注混凝土,增强墙体整体性;两条形肋1之间的凹槽2,加大了上下层空心砌块间缝隙9,上下层空心砌块间不会产生毛细管作用,空心砌块间的渗漏水也不向内墙渗漏。凸块10增强了顶板4抗剪、抗弯承载力。
这种砌块适合墙体干砌,(1)先将底层砌块用混凝土固定在基脚上,(2)然后将上层砌块置放在下层砌块的加强肋6或顶板4上,拼装成墙体,(3)再在上层砌块与下层砌块的横向缺口8和竖向接缝中涂抹或喷射、挤压砂浆(或粘结材料)填平,砂浆干后形成砂浆层,砌成墙体。
