本实用新型涉及电压力烹饪器具，特别是一种具有超压断电保护功能的电压力烹饪器具，属现有电压力烹饪器具的改进技术。
背景技术
现有技术的电压力烹饪器具一般包括锅体、外锅、内锅、锅盖、发热盘，锅盖与外锅或锅体可钢性扣合在一体，锅盖与内锅间设有密封圈，内锅底部的发热盘安装在外锅底部的弹性体上，推动杆安装在发热盘或弹性体上，外锅下部对应推动杆位置固装有控制开关，锅内压力增大时，发热盘向下移动，弹性体向下发生弹性变形，推动杆与控制开关接触，控制开关断开，停止加热。当锅内压力降低，弹性体复位，相应的发热盘向上位移，推动杆离开控制开关，使控制开关恢复通电，内锅压力升高。如此循环动作，直至煮熟锅内食物。上述结构的电压力烹饪器具虽然具有超压断电保护、自动控压功能，但存在以下缺点：在实际使用中，控制开关难免会出现故障，如出现故障时，不能及时断开电源，会导致锅内压力持续升高而发生安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点提供一种结构简单，安全可靠的电压力烹饪器具。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：包括锅体、外锅、内锅、锅盖、发热盘，锅盖与外锅或锅体可钢性扣合在一体，锅盖与内锅间设有密封圈，内锅置于发热盘上，发热盘安装在外锅底部的弹性体上，发热盘或弹性体上装设有推动杆，外锅上对应推动杆位置设有控制开关，其中发热盘或弹性体或推动杆上装设有断电开关，外锅或控制开关上装设有在控制开关失效时能够与断电开关接触的触动件。
上述断电开关是拨动开关或微动开关。
上述弹性体可以是平板或波纹板、碟形弹簧、螺旋弹簧。
上述控制开关的动触片伸向推动杆下面。
上述控制开关可以是双金属片压力开关或微动开关或双金属片闪动开关。
本实用新型由于采用了发热盘或弹性体或推动杆上装设有断电开关，外锅或控制开关上装设有在控制开关失效时能够与断电开关接触的触动件，电压力烹饪器具加热过程中，当控制开关失效时，锅内压力继续增大，断电开关向下移动触动触动件，断开电源停止加热，避免事故的发生。本实用新型压力烹饪器具结构简单，压力控制安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括锅体1、外锅2、内锅3、锅盖7、发热盘4，锅盖7与外锅2或锅体1可钢性扣合在一体，锅盖7与内锅3间设有密封圈8，内锅3置于发热盘4上，发热盘4安装在外锅2底部的弹性体5上，发热盘4或弹性体5上装设有推动杆41，外锅2上对应推动杆41位置设有控制开关6，其中发热盘4或弹性体5或推动杆41上装设有断电开关10，在外锅2或控制开关6上装设有在控制开关6失效时能够与断电开关10接触的触动件9。本实施例中，推动杆41安装在发热盘4上，断电开关10装在发热盘4上，触动件9安装在外锅2上。
上述断电开关10是拨动开关或微动开关。上述弹性体5可以是平板或波纹板、碟形弹簧、螺旋弹簧。上述控制开关6的动触片61伸向推动杆41下面。上述控制开关6可以是双金属片压力开关或微动开关或双金属片闪动开关。
本实用新型电压力烹饪器具加热过程中，控制开关正常工作时，锅内压力增大，发热盘4向下移动，弹性体5向下发生弹性变形，安装在发热盘4上的推动杆41与控制开关6的动触片61接触，控制开关6断开，停止加热，锅内压力降低，弹性体5复位，发热盘4向上位移，推动杆离开控制开关的动触片，使控制开关恢复通电。在电压力烹饪器具加热过程中，当控制开关失效时，锅内压力增大，发热盘4继续向下移动，弹性体5向下发生弹性变形，安装在发热盘4上的断电开关10与触动件9触动，断电开关10断开，永久断开电源，停止加热。断电开关10是拨动开关，触动件9将拨动开关的拨动钮拨至开关断开位置，触动件离开后拨动钮也不能自动复位；断电开关10是微动开关，触动件9将微动开关的导通开关钮拨至开关断开位置，触动件离开后拨动钮也不能自动复位。

1、一种电压力烹饪器具，包括锅体(1)、外锅(2)、内锅(3)、锅盖(7)、发热盘(4)，锅盖(7)与外锅(2)或锅体(1)可钢性扣合在一体，锅盖(7)与内锅(3)间设有密封圈(8)，内锅(3)置于发热盘(4)上，发热盘(4)安装在外锅(2)底部的弹性体(5)上，发热盘(4)或弹性体(5)上装设有推动杆(41)，外锅(2)上对应推动杆(41)位置设有控制开关(6)，其特征在于发热盘(4)或弹性体(5)或推动杆(41)上装设有断电开关(10)，外锅(2)或控制开关(6)上装设有在控制开关(6)失效时能够与断电开关(10)接触的触动件(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电压力烹饪器具，其特征是上述断电开关(10)是拨动开关或微动开关。
3、根据权利要求1所述电压力烹饪器具，其特征是上述弹性体(5)可以是平板或波纹板、碟形弹簧、螺旋弹簧。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电压力烹饪器具，其特征是上述控制开关(6)的动触片(61)伸向推动杆(41)下面。
5、根据权利要求4所述的电压力烹饪器具，其特征是上述控制开关(6)可以是双金属片压力开关或微动开关或双金属片闪动开关。
