Abstract

一种结构简单、多孔陶瓷板使用寿命长、燃烧更完全的单陶板双环火红外线燃烧器。用一隔层将灶头分成内、外两层，用一块多孔陶板盖在上面，形成两个独立的燃烧室，多孔陶瓷板与灶头接触处不加任何粘接物，以免燃烧器加热后，因灶头与多孔陶瓷板的膨胀系数不同而拉裂多孔陶瓷板。灶头与引射器的结构注重气流的流畅性，减小阻力，合理设置一、二次进风量，确保作为红外线发射载体的多孔陶瓷板表面发热时，单位面积热敷荷≤0.2W/mm2，延长了多孔陶瓷板的使用寿命，增强了抗回火能力，提高了热效率，降低干烟气中有害物质浓度。

背景技术
目前，红外线灶具采用的双环火燃烧器，内、外环火均采用独立的两块多孔陶瓷板，这种结构的燃烧器使外环火陶板的强度大大降低，容易破损。另外，将内外火分成两块陶板除了结构复杂外，还减少了燃烧面积，导致作为红外线发射载体的多孔陶瓷板单位面积热负荷增加，发生陶板脆裂、燃烧器回火，混合气体从火孔喷出速度过快、过剩空气系数增大，导致火焰过长，燃烧不完全，干烟气中有害物质浓度高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、能增长多孔陶瓷板使用寿命、燃烧更完全的单陶板双环火红外线燃烧器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：用一隔层将灶头分成内、外两层，用一块多孔陶板盖在上面，形成两个独立的燃烧室，多孔陶瓷板与灶头接触处不加任何粘接物，以免燃烧器加热后，因灶头与多孔陶瓷板的膨胀系数不同而拉裂多孔陶瓷板。灶头与引射器的结构注重气流的流畅性，减小阻力，合理设置一、二次进风量，确保作为红外线发射载体的多孔陶瓷板表面发热时，单位面积热负荷≤0.2W/mm2，延长了多孔陶瓷板的使用寿命，增强了抗回火能力。

按图将外环引射器(1)、内环引射器(2)分别在灶头(3)两个螺孔上旋紧，将多孔陶瓷板(5)装在灶头(3)槽内，扣上外灶头圈(4)、内灶头圈(6)。

1.一种单陶板双环火红外线燃烧器，由由灶头、外环引射器、内环引射器、多孔陶瓷板、外灶头圈、内灶头圈组成，其特征是：用一隔层将灶头(3)分成内、外两层，用一块多孔陶板盖(5)在上面，形成两个独立的燃烧室，多孔陶瓷板与灶头接触处不加任何粘接物。
