一种直开口桶刷洗装置，涉及到一种将开口桶内外壁所杂物打磨干净的刷洗装置，包括机架、加热槽、内壁刷洗机构、外壁刷洗机构和旋转机构，所述外壁刷洗机构包括外刷电机，抛光盘，双向电机B，进退旋把，所述旋转机构包括旋转电机、链轮、卡盘和拖桶轴，工作时，首先把需要加工的桶卡在卡盘上，同时启动旋转电机使桶旋转，然后内壁刷洗机构和外壁刷洗机构启动，实现对桶内外壁的自动刷洗。本实用新型能自动的对桶内外壁进行刷洗打磨，减少了劳动强度，并且使刷洗效果理想。

本实用新型涉及到一种将开口桶内外壁所杂物打磨干净的刷洗装置。
背景技术
在石油、涂料及其他一些液体产品生产企业中，往往需要一种金属桶来盛装产品，而在产品使用后所剩的金属桶，都需回收洗刷后进行再次利用，这不但减少了能源浪费，而且减少了任意处置所带来的环境污染，但使用过的金属桶，其内外壁往往涂有一层油漆或沾有其他物料，过去都是由人工进行打磨冲洗，这不但洗刷时间长，而且工作强度大，又不易打磨干净。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是为了能实现对开口桶内外壁进行自动刷洗抛光的装置，为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种直开口桶刷洗装置，包括机架、加热槽、内壁刷洗机构、外壁刷洗机构和旋转机构，所述内壁刷洗机构包括内刷电机、拖板、刷盘、双向电机A、齿条、齿轮，所述拖板下部设有双向电机A，并带动齿轮旋转，齿轮放置在机架所设的齿条上，当齿轮由双向电机A带动旋转时，可带动拖板前后移动，拖板的前后移动可通过限位开关控制双向电机A正反旋转实现。所述内刷电机轴端设有刷盘，并可由内刷电机带动高速旋转，所述拖板底部设有轮A。
以上所述外壁刷洗机构包括外刷电机，抛光盘，双向电机B，进退旋把，所述的抛光盘可在外刷电机的带动下高速旋转，使抛光刷接触到抛光支架上桶壁时，可将桶壁上的杂物打磨干净，在抛光机构底部设有轮B，其轮轴与双向电机B相连接，当双向电机B转动时，可使抛光机构整体往复移动。抛光机构整体往复移动可通过限位开关控制双向电机B正反旋转实现。在外刷电机底部连接有进退旋把，旋转进退旋把，可使滑轮移动并调节抛光盘与桶外壁的接触距离。
所述旋转机构包括旋转电机、链轮、卡盘和拖桶轴，所述卡盘与链轮通过轴连接，并固定在机架上，链轮和卡盘通过旋转电机带动旋转。所述机架两端设有拖桶轴，用于将桶放置在机架上由卡盘带动旋转时，其可在桶底部支撑桶并旋转减小摩擦。
所述旋转机构一端机架底部设有加热槽，用于刷洗桶时对桶加热所用，以便使桶壁上的杂质更加容易清除干净。
工作时，首先把需要加工的桶卡在卡盘上，同时启动旋转电机使桶旋转，然后内壁刷洗机构和外壁刷洗机构启动，实现对桶内外壁的自动刷洗。
本实用新型能自动的对桶内外壁进行刷洗打磨，减少了劳动强度，并且使刷洗效果理想。

图中1机架，2旋转电机，3链轮，4卡盘，5加热槽，6拖桶轴，7外刷电机，8抛光盘，9滑轮，10进退旋把，11双向电机B，12轮B，13拖板，14内刷电机，15双向电机A，16齿轮，17齿条，18轮A，19刷盘。
具体实施方式
由附图可知，本实用新型包括机架1、加热槽5、内壁刷洗机构、外壁刷洗机构和旋转机构，所述内壁刷洗机构包括内刷电机14、拖板13、刷盘19、双向电机A15、齿条17、齿轮16，所述拖板13下部设有双向电机A15，并带动齿轮16旋转，齿轮放置在机架1所设的齿条17上，当齿轮16由双向电机A15带动旋转时，可带动拖板13前后移动。所述内刷电机轴端设有刷盘19，并可由内刷电机带动高速旋转，所述拖板底部设有轮A18。
以上所述外壁刷洗机构包括外刷电机7、抛光盘8、滑轮9、双向电机B11、进退旋把10，所述的抛光盘可在外刷电机的带动下高速旋转，在抛光机构底部设有轮B12，其轮轴与双向电机B11相连接，当双向电机B11转动时，可使抛光机构整体往复移动。在外刷电机7底部连接有进退旋把10，旋转进退旋把10，可使滑轮9移动并调节抛光盘8与桶外壁的接触距离。
所述旋转机构包括旋转电机2、链轮3、卡盘4和拖桶轴6，所述卡盘4与链轮3通过轴连接，并固定在机架1上，链轮3和卡盘4通过旋转电机2带动旋转。所述机架两端设有拖桶轴6，用于将桶放置在机架上由卡盘带动旋转时，其可在桶底部支撑桶并旋转减小摩擦。
所述旋转机构一端机架底部设有加热槽5，用于刷洗桶时对桶加热所用。

1、一种直开口桶刷洗装置，包括机架(1)、加热槽(5)、内壁刷洗机构、外壁刷洗机构和旋转机构，其特征在于：所述内壁刷洗机构包括内刷电机(14)、拖板(13)、刷盘(19)、双向电机A(15)、齿条(17)、齿轮(16)，其中拖板(13)下部设有双向电机A(15)，并带动齿轮(16)旋转，同时带动拖板(13)前后移动；
所述外壁刷洗机构包括外刷电机(7)、抛光盘(8)、滑轮(9)、双向电机B(11)、进退旋把(10)，在抛光机构底部设有轮B(12)，其轮轴与双向电机B(11)相连接，当双向电机B(11)转动时，可使抛光机构整体往复移动；
所述所述旋转机构包括旋转电机(2)、链轮(3)、卡盘(4)，所述卡盘(4)与链轮(3)通过轴连接，链轮(3)和卡盘(4)通过旋转电机(2)带动旋转。
