现市场上很少有发光佛像，有用掺有长余辉光致发光材料塑胶制作的佛像，但发光亮度很低(外光照到才发光)，亮度衰减又很快。本实用新型发光佛像，是用透明有机玻璃LED柔光发光板或其他透明工程塑料LED柔光发光板制作的佛像。也可用透明玻璃LED柔光发光板制作。LED柔光发光板的基本结构为：基板采用透明有机玻璃或透明工程塑料或透明玻璃，基板周边端面隐镶进发光二极管LED，LED发光面垂直端面，基板表面用采光材料印制佛像，或基板表面雕刻佛像，再用采光材料涂印佛像，当LED通电发光，佛像发光。特点是亮度高，低功耗。属光电子及新材料应用于礼品领域。

背景技术
现市场上掺有长余辉光致发光材料塑胶制作的佛像，外光照到后才发光，发光亮度低，发光时间又短，发光衰减很快。
发明内容
为克服上述的长余辉发光材料佛像的亮度低，发光亮度衰减快的缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种发光佛像，采用透明有机玻璃或透明工程塑料或透明玻璃发光板制作，光源用LED，点光源变为面光源。作成LED柔光发光板。特点是亮度高、低功耗、高寿命。
技术方案是：按附图根据像的尺寸，选好透明的有机玻璃板或透明工程塑料板或透明玻璃作为基板，在透明有机玻璃板上用采光材料印制佛像。透明有机玻璃板周边隐镶进发光二极管LED，LED发光面垂直基板端面，再加边框固定保护LED，外面人们看不到LED。当LED通电发光后，则佛像发光。
如配白光LED，佛像是用彩色采光材料印制的，可显佛像本身的发光颜色，更具有真实感。
根据客户，选不同发光光谱的LED组合及采光材料组合可以印制不同彩色的发光佛像。
如佛像是用雕刻机刻制的，涂上彩色采光材料，则有立体感的彩色发光佛像。
透明基板的厚度，取决于LED尺寸，周边要能镶进LED。LED发光面垂直于透明板的周边端面。
积极效果是：发光柔和均匀亮度高，可彩色的。所用LED的功耗很低。寿命也较长，点亮的时间可超过10万小时。

具体实施方式
一种实施方式：
按所需佛像尺寸、所选LED的尺寸，剪裁透明有机玻璃板作为基板。板周边钻孔或刻槽，能镶进LED。LED的发光面垂直于周边端面顺着透明板表面。
在透明有机玻璃板一个表面用彩色采光材料印制所选的“佛像”。用丝印或喷涂工艺。
作好边框，一是美化，二是保护LED。同时外面人们看不到发光二极管LED。
透明基板周边镶进的LED，根据用户需求可选单发光光谱的，可选不同发光光谱的组合，也可选三基色的。
如用透明玻璃作基板，边缘不好打孔或刻槽，只有LED紧贴在端面。影响一点亮度。
当LED通电发光，佛像发光，成为发光佛像。基板其他部位不发光，仍是透明的，因其他部位没涂采光材料。
另一种实施方式：整个透明基板一个表面全印制采光材料薄层，之后再用不同的采光材料印佛像。整体表面发光，佛像用另一种反差大的采光材料印制，又是一种效果。
另一种实施方式：用雕刻机在基板上刻制成佛像，之后再在佛像雕刻的部位涂采光材料，LED发光时，只“佛像”发光，同时有立体感。
另一种实施方式：基板内表面全印采光材料，表面全是发光的，而佛像是用喷绘工艺用胶片单独制作的，之后把佛像固定在发光基板外表面，又是一种效果。这种可以经常更换佛像。
另一种实施方式：除佛像外，还可制作经文、咒语及其他吉祥文字，同样发光。

1、一种发光佛像，其特征是：用透明有机玻璃板或透明工程塑料板或透明玻璃作为发光基板，基板周边端面镶进发光二极管LED，基板一个表面用采光材料丝印或喷涂佛像，基板周边镶边框保护LED，LED发光面垂直基板端面。
