背景技术
目前,在粮食入仓前,需要对粮食进行干燥处理,为了防止粮食发霉,一般是在粮仓的底面设置有多个地笼口,该地笼口通过风道与粮仓外的风机连接,粮食堆放在粮仓内的地笼口的上面,通过地笼口从下向上吹风,对粮食进行通风,这种利用地笼口对粮食进行的通风有局限性,通风效果差,难以保证粮食的存放质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、可对整仓粮食进行降水、降温、灭菌、防霉、杀虫作业的粮储立体通风系统。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案:
一种仓储立体通风系统,它包括有风机,其特征在于:在风机上连接有主风道,在主风道的两侧分别连接有支风道,在每个支风道的外端向下连接有通风管,在通风管的下端连接有排风管,在排风管的侧壁开有多个排气孔。
为了提高降水、降温、灭菌、防霉、杀虫作业的效果,在所述的风机上连接有臭氧发生器。
为了使用方便,所述的主风道和支风道是用牛津布制成的软风道,所述的通风道是用PVC材料制成,排风管是用不锈钢材料制成。
本实用新型适用于在粮堆深度6米以内各种房式仓中对20%以内高水分粮食进行整仓降水处理,降水幅度可达到4%-8%,在实现粮堆均匀通风和利用O3有效灭菌防霉的整个降水处理过程中,其基本原理是低温缓速通风干燥。无需搬倒粮食,不增加粮食的破碎率,能够有效地保持粮食的品质。同时,本实用新型可对单仓或多仓进行局部灭菌防霉、局部通风、局部挖掘及扦样等作业,并且可作为其它降水作业过程的防霉灭菌辅助设备。本实用新型可解决粮层深度6m以内粮仓的整仓或局部粮食水分、温度调节、防霉处理、样品扦取、探测电缆铺设等粮仓基本作业问题。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、使用方便、可对整仓粮食进行降水、降温、灭菌、防霉、杀虫作业。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图6所示:一种粮储立体通风系统,它包括有风机1,在风机1上连接有主风道2,在主风道2的两侧分别连接有支风道3,在每个支风道3的外端向下连接有通风管4,在通风管4的下端连接有排风管5,在排风管5的侧壁开有多个排气孔9。
为了提高降水、降温、灭菌、防霉、杀虫作业的效果,在所述的风机1上连接有臭氧发生器6。
为了使用方便,所述的主风道2和支风道3是用牛津布制成的软风道,所述的通风管4是用PVC材料制成,排风管5是用不锈钢材料制成。
在通风管4的上下两端分别设有连接内螺纹7和连接外螺纹8,根据使用要求,可以对接加长通风管4的长度;在排风管5的上下两端分别设有连接内螺纹10和连接外螺纹11,该排风管5的上端的内螺纹10与通风管下端的外螺纹连接,根据使用要求,可以对接加长排风管4的长度。
使用时,风机1可设在粮仓的外部,主风道2连接风机后布置在粮仓内的粮堆的顶部,然后横向连接多个支风道3,再将连接一体的通风管4、排风管5插入粮堆内,使用粮仓多功能扦样器,将通风管4及排风管5内的粮食吸出;根据不同地区和粮食的状态,进行风机送风降水干燥,当需要除霉杀菌时,开启臭氧发生器,通过排风管5,对粮堆进行绿色环保除霉杀菌。
由于使用软风道和由上向下布置排风管,可以对粮堆的任何地方进行降水、降温、灭菌、防霉、杀虫,同时,安装连接使用方便,使用效果显著,可以满足对粮食的仓储要求。
