                        技术领域
本实用新型属于一种燃油装置,具体地属于电站煤粉锅炉点火助燃用的油枪。
                        背景技术
目前电站主要以煤粉作为燃料,煤粉无法直接点火燃烧,需使用油枪来进行点火,由于我国有些地区的煤层较差,挥发成份少,因此需设有油枪作为助燃火源,才能稳定燃烧,普通火力发电厂燃油油枪由于燃油温度低,普遍存在燃烧初期燃烧不完全、冒黑烟、火焰温度低的特点,其最大的缺点就是费油,而且燃烧情况也不理想。
                        发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单、提高燃烧效率的新型汽化油枪。该油枪采用蒸汽对燃油进行预热,从而提高燃烧效率和火焰温度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下的技术方案:一种新型汽化油枪,包括燃油导管,其特征在于:所述燃油导管外设有对燃油预热的蒸汽导管,蒸汽导管上设蒸汽入口和出口。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下进一步的技术方案:所述的燃油导管盘成螺旋状。
所述蒸汽入口设在靠近油枪的出口处,蒸汽出口设在靠近油枪的入口处。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下的优点:1、利用通入蒸汽导管中的蒸汽对燃油进行预热,并采用逆向流动加热,从而提高燃烧效率和火焰温度;2、结构简单,制造成本低,易于推广。

                     具体实施方式
参见各图,本实用新型是对现有技术的改进,其改进之处在于:油枪的燃油导管1外设有蒸汽导管2,蒸汽导管2的两端封闭并与燃油导管1连为一体,蒸汽导管2上设蒸汽入口3和出口4,利用高效蒸汽换热器将蒸汽从蒸汽入口3送入蒸汽导管2内,使燃油导管1内的燃油预热,高温燃油在导管内由于压力高,还处于液化状态,一旦喷出油枪即迅速蒸发汽化,从而提高燃烧效率和火焰温度。为了增强蒸汽对燃油的预热效果,燃油导管可盘成螺旋状,如图1所示,也可弯成其它现有技术中所描述的形状,这样可延长燃油在导管内停留的时间,使燃油充分预热,另外,蒸汽入口3设在靠近油枪的出口处,蒸汽出口4设在靠近油枪的入口处,蒸汽出口4在油枪下部,这样可充分利蒸汽,并采用逆向流动加热,将冷却后的蒸汽水从蒸汽出口4排出。
本油枪用于电站煤粉锅炉分级燃烧器的引燃能量来源,其结构简单,制造成本低,适合在电站锅炉中应用和推广。

2、如权利要求1所述的一种新型汽化油枪,其特征在于:所述的燃油导管(1)盘成螺旋状。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一种新型汽化油枪,其特征在于:所述蒸汽入口(3)设在靠近油枪的出口处,蒸汽出口(4)设在靠近油枪的入口处。
