目前的油水复合热载体食品加工装置多为燃气燃油机型，容易造成漏油积气喷淋现象，影响安全生产。现有的加热器多是从上至下纵向安装，造成内部空间小，操作不方便；而且只能用下层水上层油的界定，生产受到限制，工作效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种的油水复合热载体食品加工装置。
本实用新型的油水复合热载体食品加工装置是在箱壳内嵌入胆式内箱并在其中安装了电加热管构成。在胆式内箱的内壁上设有卡台，食品网箱嵌入胆式内箱的上口并座于卡台上。在箱体的腰部侧壁横向插入电加热管，在电加热管的下部有横向贯穿胆式内箱侧壁的空气换热管。在胆式内箱的底部有排液管，在箱壳的侧壁上安装了电子操控仪表。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，将胆式内箱的底部设计成锥形，并在胆式内箱的下部盛有水层，在水层的上部是油层热载体；食品网箱的箱体浸于油层热载体中。
使用本实用新的油水复合热载体食品加工装置，其具体操作步骤如下：将清洗干净的食品内箱按比例先加入水再加植物油，放好食品网箱，盖好防尘盖；启动电源给电加热器加热，利用电子操控仪表设定温度，到预定温度后，电加热器自动断电，待温度恒定后，投入物料，开始水煮或油炸，可以启动食品网箱进行深度水煮或油炸，直至工作完成，提取食品网箱进行控油，备用食品网箱再开始工作。该装置可多机串联、同时并用、集中统一自动控制
本实用新型的油水复合热载体食品加工装置结构简单、设计合理、可实施仪表自动化控制、操作灵活方便、适宜多功能多种食品加工，可提高了劳动效率，降低加工成本。

实施方式
本实用新型的油水复合热载体食品加工装置是在箱壳1内嵌入胆式内箱2，并将胆式内箱2的底部设计成锥形。在胆式内箱2的下部盛有水层9，在水层9的上部是油层热载体10。在内箱2中安装了电加热管3，在胆式内箱2的内壁上设有卡台4，食品网箱5嵌入胆式内箱2的上口并座于卡台4上，并食品网箱5的箱体浸于油层热载体10中。在箱体的腰部侧壁横向插入电加热管3，在电加热管3的下部有横向贯穿胆式内箱2侧壁的五棱形空气换热管6，保证水温处于冷水状态，有效地防止水开油溅的现象，保证了油温的均恒稳定。在胆式内箱2的底部有排液管7，在箱壳1的侧壁上安装了电子操控仪表8。

1、油水复合热载体食品加工装置是在箱壳(1)内嵌入胆式内箱(2)并在其中安装了电加热管(3)构成，其特征在于胆式内箱(2)的内壁上设有卡台(4)，食品网箱(5)嵌入胆式内箱(2)的上口并座于卡台(4)上，在箱体的腰部侧壁横向插入电加热管(3)，在电加热管(3)的下部有横向贯穿胆式内箱(2)侧壁的空气换热管(6)，在胆式内箱(2)的底部有排液管(7)，在箱壳(1)的侧壁上安装了电子操控仪表(8)。

3、如权利要求1或2所述的油水复合热载体食品加工装置，其特征在于胆式内箱(2)的下部盛有水层(9)，在水层(9)的上部是油层热载体(10)。
