一种接触式石油液化气汽化加热器,属于燃气用具技术领域,其特征是:在壳体上有可开启的密闭上盖,壳体外设有保温层,壳体内有复合传热膜,在壳体与复合传热膜之间有热媒介质水,壳体上设有进水口和出水口。有益效果是:在热水进入汽化装置并充满时导热膜隔离水和气罐,在气罐表面使水的热量充分的均匀传递到气罐表面,使其升温,石油液化气气罐受热气化,达到安全可靠的加热效果。

本实用新型属于燃气用具技术领域。
背景技术
现有的石油液化气在使用过程中,由于纯度、气温较低等原因,使石油液化气不能充分的汽化,而使气罐的压力不足影响用户的正常使用,为使其汽化充足,常规采用加热的措施,一般都采用电加热及热水管道式加热两种方式。采用电阻丝、加热环加热,这种加热方式在使用时有一种不安全感,一旦发生短路产生火花时,可能会造成事故。热水管道式加热方式虽然安全但热效率低,生产成本高,会造成大量的浪费。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是:
提供一种可使液化气安全可靠地充分汽化的接触式石油液化气汽化加热器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
在壳体上有可开启的密闭上盖,壳体外设有保温层,壳体内有复合传热膜,在壳体与复合传热膜之间有热媒介质水,壳体上设有进水口和出水口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
在热水进入汽化装置并充满时导热膜隔离水和气罐,在气罐表面使水的热量充分的均匀传递到气罐表面,使其升温,石油液化气气罐受热汽化,达到安全可靠的加热效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
壳体为筒形金属体,保温复合材料为纤维材料或苯乙烯材料制成,复合传热膜为软体材料,其容积大小与液化气罐相等,使液化气罐可正好放入其中,在壳体上设进、出水口可保持壳体内的水始终是热水状态。
