本实用新型变档装置属于摩托车领域,特别是涉及一种摩托车的变档装置。
现有技术
在目前摩托车发动机结构上,通常采用变速鼓和多拨叉轴结合实现变速过程。其结构较复杂,同时也无法实现倒档过程,现有技术的变档装置在小型化上的应用存在许多功能无法实现的不足,使车辆变档不顺畅、不平稳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种结构简单,功能完善,使车辆变档顺畅、平稳。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,变档轴与变档板连接,衬套安装在变档轴上,扭簧安装在衬套上,扭簧另一端安装在变档板上,变档轴安装在变档盖中,拨叉和拨叉轴焊接连接,触点螺钉与拨叉轴连接,触点安装在触点螺钉顶端孔中,触点螺钉安装在扭簧和变档板之间,档位显开关安装在变档盖上。拨叉另一端与传动系统中换向器连接,变档轴花键端通过花键、软轴等与变档手把连接,拨叉轴两端分别安装在左、右箱体上。
当移动变档手把带动变档轴转动时,变档轴带动变档板和扭簧转动,变档板和扭簧带动触点螺钉在变档板槽内滑动,同时沿着拨叉轴方向作直线运动。触点螺钉带动拨叉轴作直线运动,同时带动触点在档显开关上作直线滑动,拨叉轴带动拨叉作同步运动。拨叉带动换向器在主轴上滑动,实现换档功能。
本实用新型结构简单,车辆变档顺畅、平稳,变档操纵简单;同时变档盖内装有档显开关,可以显示各个档位。

如附图1、附图2、附图3所示,本实用新型是油封(1),轴套(2)变档轴(3),变档盖(4),衬套(5),扭簧(6),变档板(7),拨叉(8),触点螺钉(9),触点(10),拨叉轴(11),档显开关(12),定位螺栓(13),定位弹簧(14),定位小球(15),变档轴(3)与变档板(7)焊接连接,衬套(5)和扭簧(6)安装在变档轴(3)与变档板(7)之间;同时扭簧(6)另一端安装在变档板(7)上,变档轴(3)安装在变档盖(4)中,拨叉(8)和拨叉轴(11)焊接连接,触点螺钉(9)与拨叉轴连接,触点(10)安装在触点螺钉(9)顶端孔中,同时触点螺钉(9)安装在扭簧(6)、变档板(7)之间,档位显开关(12)安装在变档盖(4)上。拨叉(8)另一端与传动系统中换向器连接;变档轴花键端通过花键、软轴等与变档手把连接;拨叉轴两端分别安装在左、右箱体上。
当移动变档手把带动变档轴转动时,变档轴带动变档板和扭簧转动。变档板和扭簧带动触点螺钉在变档板槽内滑动,同时沿着拨叉轴方向作直线运动。触点螺钉带动拨叉轴作直线运动,同时带动触点在档显开关上作直线滑动。拨叉轴带动拨叉作同步运动。拨叉带动换向器在主轴上滑动,实现换档功能。

1、一种变档装置,其特征是变档轴与变档板连接,衬套安装在变档轴上,扭簧安装在衬套上,扭簧另一端安装在变档板上,变档轴安装在变档盖中,拨叉和拨叉轴焊接连接,触点螺钉与拨叉轴连接,触点安装在触点螺钉顶端孔中,触点螺钉安装在扭簧和变档板之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的变档装置,其特征是档位显开关安装在变档盖上。
