Abstract

本实用新型涉及防盗装置技术领域,特别是一种双面线路软标签。该标签的基层由一绝缘膜层和绝缘膜层第一表面和第二表面上分别贴设的导电层构成,所述的导电层上具有由电容、导线和解码点构成的解码电路,该二导电层均具有由导线绕成的线圈。藉由上述结构主要解决现有电子软标签只有某一导电层具有线圈电路,以致于电感量较小的技术问题,通过增加线圈的圈数增强发射信号。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉防盗装置技术领域,特别是一种双面线路软标签。
背景技术:
目前,市场上的防盗报警装置很多,有机械防盗报警装置,有电子防盗报警装置,现有的防盗报警装置体积大,结构复杂,易出故障,而且易被小偷破解装置,失去防盗报警功能。
基于上述情况,就有业者发明出一种解码后不可复活的安全电子软标签,它一般嵌设于纸质的吊牌中,产品的材质柔软且使用时不易被发现。上述电子软标签的结构是在一绝缘膜层的第一表面和第二表面分别贴设导电层,所述的导电层上具有由电容、导线和解码点等构成的解码电路。请参阅图1、2,当位于第一表面的正面导电层上设置由导线构成的线圈时,位于第二表面的反面导电层往往不设置线圈的结构,而是只配合正面电路设置导电层连接点和解码点电路。这样一来,由于线圈数量较少,因此,电感量不够大,发射信号也不强。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双面线路软标签,解决现有电子软标签只有某一导电层具有线圈电路,以致于电感量较小的技术问题,通过增加线圈的圈数增强发射信号。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种双面线路软标签,该标签的基层由一绝缘膜层和绝缘膜层第一表面和第二表面上分别贴设的导电层构成,所述的导电层上具有由电容、导线和解码点构成的解码电路,其特征在于:该二导电层均具有由导线绕成的线圈。
该电容位于由导线构成的线圈外围。
该绝缘膜层是聚乙烯膜层。
该聚乙烯膜层的厚度是0.015±0.001mm。
该导电层上所使用的导电材料为铝。
该导电层上所使用的导电材料为钛。
该上、下导电层连接点位于线圈中央。
该解码电路的发射频率是发射频率是8.2MHz。
该基层两面分别还贴设有不粘纸层和铜版纸层。
藉由上述结构使得本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、本实用新型的正、反二导电层均具有由导线绕成的线圈,由于在线圈圈数上增加了,因此,比原有技术中某一导电层上绕制线圈的结构,其电感量也得到了增加,标签的发射信号也得到了增强,提高了产品的灵敏度。
2、本实用新型的结构非常简单,而且材料成本和制造成本比较低。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1、2,它们是本实用新型一种双面线路软标签的结构示意图。如图所示:它是一种层状结构,依次由不粘纸层1、基层2、铜版纸层3构成。该基层2由一绝缘膜层21和绝缘膜层21第一表面和第二表面上分别贴设的导电层22、23构成,所述的导电层22、23上具有由电容221、导线222、解码点223和上、下导电层22、23的连接点224构成的解码电路。二导电层22、23均具有由导线绕成的线圈,增加了线圈的圈数;该解码电路中电容221位于由导线222构成的线圈外围,该上、下导电层连接点224位于线圈中央,使得线圈中央的空间变大,对线圈电感量的影响较小。
该绝缘膜层21可以是聚乙烯膜层或其它绝缘材料,其厚度是0.015±0.001mm。
该导电层22、23上所使用的导电材料为铝或钛。
该解码电路的发射频率是发射频率是8.2MHz。
使用时,可将上述软标签嵌设于纸质吊牌中,它具有一定的隐蔽性而且材质柔软。当该电子软标签的吊牌随所卖产品通过检测区时,8.2MHz射频检测系统将标签解码电路上的解码点击穿,就可以进行相应的防盗检测,十分方便,而正、反两面的线圈设置,使得发射信号更加强大。
综上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施范围。即凡依本实用新型申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本实用新型的技术范畴。

1、一种双面线路软标签,该标签的基层由一绝缘膜层和绝缘膜层第一表面和第二表面上分别贴设的导电层构成,所述的导电层上具有由电容、导线和解码点构成的解码电路,其特征在于:该二导电层均具有由导线绕成的线圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该电容位于由导线构成的线圈外围。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该绝缘膜层是聚乙烯膜层。
4、根据权利要求3所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该聚乙烯膜层的厚度是0.015±0.001mm。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该导电层上所使用的导电材料为铝。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该导电层上所使用的导电材料为钛。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该上、下导电层连接点位于线圈中央。
8、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该解码电路的发射频率是发射频率是8.2MHz。
9、根据权利要求1或2所述的双面线路软标签,其特征在于:该基层两面分别还贴设有不粘纸层和铜版纸层。
