背景技术
电动车蓄电池用现有技术的充电器充电,使用到一定时间,电池的极板会产生硫化现象,蓄电池的内阻会逐渐增大,使蓄电池充电达不到饱和,蓄电池的容量就会日渐减小,寿命也随之变短,到最后减为一充就满,一用就完的结局。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单,能延长蓄电池寿命的电动车蓄电池容量恢复器。
要解决现有技术中存在的问题,必须除电动车蓄电池极板上的硫酸盐沉积物,有效的方法是采用脉冲电流加入对蓄电池进行充电,也可以采用涓电流对电动车蓄电池进行浮充电。本实用新型的电动车蓄电池容量恢复器包括变压器、调压开关、二极管、电流表,变压器-端依次串接调压开关、二极管、电位器、电流表,此端为正极,变压器的另一端与充电器串接,此端为负极;使用时,将正、负极分别接上待充电的电动车蓄电池,便可对电动车蓄电池进行容量恢复恢复性充电。
本实用新型的电动车蓄电池容量恢复器是通过将交流电降压、整流后得到脉冲直流电流,它与充电器输出的直流电组成串联电源同时对蓄电池进行充电,脉冲电流加入充电可以消除电池极板上的硫酸盐沉积物,涓电流浮充电能够使充电达到饱和。使用时不需拆装蓄电池,把它与充电器串联连接插入蓄电池充电插座上即可,使用非常方便,同时,能延长电动车蓄电池的使用寿命。
