本实用新型涉及混凝土输送装置,特别是混凝土输送管。
背景技术
现有的混凝土输送管道采用20号无缝钢管制作,输送混凝土约7000立方就磨破了。这是由于它的结构不合理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长的混凝土输送管。
本实用新型将45mn2原材料进行高频率淬火使得管内壁1.5-2厘米厚度达到HRC55-60度,大幅度提高使用寿命,可以输送2.5万-3万立方混凝土,是20号无缝管的4倍以上。
根据使用后实际情况,混凝土输送管法兰头接口很容易磨穿,而中间部位尚好,我经过研究直接将45mn2原材料穿进法兰头,使法兰头只起夹住连接作用,而我将45mn2原材进行高频淬火,使得法兰头部位厚度达到4厘米厚度,可以达到硬度HRC58-62度,从而起到更耐磨作用。
另外,在法兰口端我设有一个8-15公分长,1厘米左右厚的过渡套镶在法兰端口,采用镀硬烙15个丝或盐浴处理,便得过渡套可以输送混凝土0.45万立方。输送完5万立方后,里面的输送方量和法兰端口输送方量基本保持一致,可以提高5倍以上的寿命,大大节约了管道使用量。
本实用新型混凝土输送管成本低廉,结构简单,使用方便,寿命长。

本实用新型的具体实施例可以参考附图1、2。本实用新型包括混凝土输管1,法兰头2,过渡套3,混凝土输管1穿过法兰头2的端部,过渡套3位于法兰头2内。
