这种高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,内外环之间设有两道滑道,滑道内设有滚动体及隔离架,内外环之间设有密封环,外环两端面上设有吊耳组件,内环宽外环窄,内环两侧圆周面上沿径向设有安装螺母的支撑螺栓。吊耳板嵌入外环止口内并用螺栓紧固使吊耳组件与外环成为整体。安装螺母的支撑螺栓为双列沿内环圆周方向呈60°分布。两侧密封环套装在内环的外圆周面上,并用螺栓紧固在外环的两侧端面上。它有如下优点:适合于重量大的大螺母的旋合,使其螺纹不产生研伤和胶合,解决了高空悬吊大螺母的安装难题,省时省力,操作方便,安全可靠,确保装配质量,加快了工程进度。

高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种吊具,具体地说是一种高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具。
背景技术  目前国内外吊具种类很多,适于各类工程技术需求。但如斗轮堆取料机、螺旋桨等重型机械的大螺母的高空悬吊安装却遇到了困难,大螺母初始对位不准,旋合入头困难,大螺母自重1-2吨,旋合时在小于三分之一处位置,由于自重原因,螺纹易研伤,致使无法继续旋入,只好困难退出,退出后对螺纹尚需反复修整,严重影响装配质量和施工进度。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中不足之处,而提供一种高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具。这种高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,内外环之间设有两道滑道,滑道内设有滚动体及隔离架,内外环之间设有密封环,外环两端面上设有吊耳组件,内环的宽度大于外环的宽度,内外环轴向截面呈凸形,内环两侧圆周面上沿径向设有安装螺母的支撑螺栓。通过吊耳组件吊起吊具,使吊具承担起平衡大螺母的自重,通过内环及大螺母的支撑螺栓的支撑、定位、调整大螺母对准中心,并旋转内环使大螺母旋合于主轴头部,达到安装大螺母的目的。吊耳组件的吊耳板嵌入外环的止口内并用螺栓、定位套管、双头螺栓紧固,使吊耳组件与外环成为整体,吊耳板在外环圆周方向呈90°分布。大螺母的支撑螺栓为双列沿内环圆周方向呈60°分布。两侧密封环套装在内环的外圆周面上,并用螺栓紧固在外环的两侧端面上,密封环外缘均布设有可包容吊耳板的U型开口。
使用本吊具的操作过程如下:
(1)吊具水平放置在一个平板上,其内环放置被安装的大螺母,用双列6组支撑螺栓夹紧大螺母,并调整支撑螺栓,用千分表校准,使大螺母的中心与内环的旋转中心重合,然后夹紧大螺母。
(2)用钢丝绳分别穿挂在吊具的相邻两个吊耳孔中。
(3)用吊车将吊具吊至大螺母的安装高度。
(4)吊车本身平衡大螺母自重,使之在旋合的位置上螺母的重量不对公螺纹件产生压力或轻微压力。
(5)对螺纹涂润滑脂
(6)将大螺母与公螺纹件对位,转动吊具的内环找到螺纹头部旋合切入直至旋合完成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:适合于重量大的大螺母的旋合,使其螺纹不产生研伤和胶合,解决了高空悬吊大螺母的安装难题,省时省力,操作方便,安全可靠,确保装配质量,加快了工程进度。

具体实施方式  现结合附图1、2、3对本实用新型作进一步的说明。内环19外环6之间设有两道滑道,滑道内设有钢球18及隔离架。隔离架是由端板17、套管9、双头螺栓10、螺母11、垫片12组合而成的,隔离架在圆周方向分布于每两排钢球之间。在外环两端面上设有吊耳组件,吊耳板1嵌入外环的止口内并用螺栓7、垫片8、定位套管2、双头螺栓3、垫片4、螺母5紧固,使吊耳组件与外环成为整体,吊耳板在外环圆周方向呈90°分布,共分4组。内环宽外环窄,内环两侧圆周面上沿径向设有安装螺母21的支撑螺栓20,支撑螺栓为双列沿内环圆周方向呈60°分布,共6组12个。两侧密封环13其密封槽内填充羊毛毡16套装在内环的外圆周面上,并用螺栓14、垫片15紧固在外环的两侧端面上,密封环外缘均布有可包容吊耳板的U型开口,如图4所示。

1.一种高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,内外环之间设有两道滑道,滑道内设有滚动体及隔离架,内外环之间设有密封环,其特征在于:外环两端面上设有吊耳组件,内环的宽度大于外环的宽度,内外环轴向截面呈凸形,内环两侧圆周面上沿径向设有安装螺母的支撑螺栓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,其特征在于:吊耳组件的吊耳板嵌入外环的止口内并用螺钉、定位套管、双头螺栓紧固使吊耳组件与外环成为整体,吊耳板在外环圆周方向呈90°分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,其特征在于:安装螺母的支撑螺栓为双列沿内环圆周方向呈60°分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高空悬吊轴承式安装螺母吊具,其特征在于:两侧密封环套装在内环的外圆周面上,并用螺栓紧固在外环的两侧端面上,密封环外缘均布有可包容吊耳板的U型开口。
