Abstract

一种环保节能型沼气锅炉。在炉体顶部空腔烟道周壁上设有环形贮油胆,炉体内安装有Z状加热管与环形贮油胆相通。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理、易加工、成本低廉,充分有效的利用锅炉系统对沼气池进行加热。采用本锅炉对北方冬季可利用余热的沼气池进行加热,继续产生热能。

本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,尤其是涉及一种燃烧沼气环保节能型锅炉。
背景技术
我国三北广大农村地区冬季寒冷,气温较低,室内取暖一般是采用火炕供暖,目前,国家投资兴建了很大的沼气池,用于居民燃烧炉具烹饪食品,上述作法较为单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理,易加工、综合成本低廉的环保节能型沼气锅炉。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在炉体顶部空腔烟道周壁上设有环形贮油胆,炉体内安装有Z状加热管与环形贮油胆相通。
本实用新型的优点是:
结构简单、设计合理、易加工、成本低廉,充分有效的利用锅炉系统对沼气池进行加热。
采用本锅炉对北方冬季可利用余热的沼气池进行加热,继续产生热能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1可知,本实用新型是在炉体1顶部空腔烟道2周壁上设有环形贮油胆3,炉体1内安装有Z状加热管4与环形贮油胆3相通。
在炉体1下端部位侧壁上一端设有导热油进口5与加热管4相接,另一侧设有进水口6。
在贮油胆3上端部位侧壁上安装有导热油出口7,在空腔烟道2一侧上端部位装有热水出口8。
本实用新型所述的加热管一端与导热油进口通过管路与沼气池周围设置的散热片相接,另一端与空腔烟道周壁上设置的贮油胆相通,导热油出口接至散热片,使散热片产生的热量加热沼气池,在动既可以继续产生沼气,空腔烟道将锅炉排出的余热传递给贮油胆,使贮油胆中的油加热,同时锅炉顶部发出的热也使贮油胆中的油加热,这样充分利用了锅炉的余热。

1.一种环保节能型沼气锅炉,包括炉体、上吊炉内胆、吊胆,其特征在于:在炉体(1)顶部空腔烟道(2)周壁上设有环形贮油胆(3),炉体(1)内安装有Z状加热管(4)与环形贮油胆(3)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能型沼气锅炉,其特征在于:在炉体(1)下端部位侧壁上一端设有导热油进口(5)与加热管(4)相接,另一侧设有进水口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能型沼气锅炉,其特征在于:在贮油胆(3)上端部位侧壁上安装有导热油出口(7),在空腔烟道(2)一侧上端部位装有热水出口(8)。
