如图1、2所示，带余热回收装置的炊用大锅灶，包括有炊用大锅灶1、烟囱2，烟囱2的顶部设有一个排烟口3，烟囱2中沿轴向设有一个换热器4，换热器4的侧壁的上下部分别设有一个出水口5、进水口6，出水口5、进水口6均外接有水管7伸出至烟囱2外。
水管7采用不锈钢材质。
