本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、使用方便、可得到综合训练的组合锻炼器具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种组合锻炼器具，主要由主体弹簧、支撑板、连接套、握力器组成，其中握力器与连接套连接，连接套与主体弹簧连接，支撑板固定在主体弹簧的中部。
本实用新型使用时，手从主体弹簧的半园形圈内穿过，将支撑板压在肘下并放在桌面或平台上，用手握住握力器，用力向上翘起手腕，然后放松手腕于平台上，如此反复练习手腕力量。如在翘起手腕的同时，用力握紧手中的握力器，在放松时放开握力器，就同时锻炼了腕力和握力。具有结构简单、使用方便等优点。
