如附图所示,这种光合作用演示仪,包括有一个面板1,所述的面板1上粘接有表示植物的叶2、茎3、根4、果实5的造型块,还有表示水6、二氧化碳7、氧8的字母块,植物的茎3、根4、果实5的造型块之间设有通槽相连接,各字母块与植物的叶2造型块之间设有引导线槽,通槽和引导线槽内均设有用颜色表示其属性的发光二极管,其中表示水6的黄色发光二极管和表示二氧化碳7的粉色发光二极管之间串联为一组,表示植物和氧8的红色发光二极管之间串联为一组,两组之间并联后与电源9、开关10组成控制电路。
演示时,先按下开关10,使表示水6的黄色发光二极管和表示二氧化碳7的粉色发光二极管先闪亮,随后表示植物和氧8的红色发光二极管也闪亮,以期说明参与光合作用的各种物质的运输途径或来源。
