技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种热电偶固定装置。
背景技术:
在电解铝精铝车间生产中,经常使用热电偶测量铝混合炉炉内温度。由于以往没有专门的热电偶固定座,大多数情况下对热电偶采用法兰连接。由于法兰与法兰之间连接的螺栓孔往往存在误差不易匹配对上,因而热电偶的安装不太方便;况且热电偶一般都不带法兰,于是热电偶便被随意吊挂在相连的法兰上,使得热电偶不固定而摇晃不稳,经常发生热电偶在工作中出现碰裂和损坏,由此造成经济损失和测温不准确。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种热电偶固定座,使插入各种炉型内测温的热电偶在工作中得到固定,达到良好的工作状态,保证测温的准确性。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括套管(4),套管(4)与圆板(5)连接,圆板(5)与钢管(1)连接,钢管(1)与法兰(2)连接,在钢管(1)上有固定孔(3)。
套管(4)与圆板(5)、圆板(5)与钢管(1)、钢管(1)与法兰(2)均为焊接连接。
钢管(1)上的固定孔(3),旋入螺钉即可将热电偶固定;钢管的长度按照炉衬厚度而定,法兰(2)与炉壳预留孔用螺栓连接;套管(4)与圆板(5)焊接后,即形成热电偶的底座。
热电偶固定座有如下特点:一是用底座和固定螺钉将热电偶固定,使得热电偶安稳,能够一直处于正常工作之中,从而避免了热电偶的碰裂和损坏,保证了对炉子测温的准确以及炉子控温系统的正常运行;二是钢管采用耐热钢制造,埋入炉衬并接触火焰;该钢管也是热电偶的顺利插入和取出的保护通道;三是热电偶固定座与炉壳用螺栓连接,可以重复使用和便于拆卸;四是热电偶固定座可以用于各种炉型的炉子,安装方便,使用寿命长;五是设计结构简洁,制作方便,有一定的推广应用和实用价值。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:根据热电偶及炉衬的尺寸设计并制作各零件,按照附图所示进行组装。首先将套管4与圆板5焊接,其次将圆板5与钢管1焊接,然后将钢管1与法兰2焊接,并在钢管1上制作固定孔3,最后将法兰2与炉壳预留孔用螺栓连接,将热电偶放入并用螺钉通过固定孔3固定,即可进行炉内测温。

1.一种热电偶固定座,它包括套管(4),其特征在于:套管(4)与圆板(5)连接,圆板(5)与钢管(1)连接,钢管(1)与法兰(2)连接,在钢管(1)上有固定孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热电偶固定座,其特征在于:套管(4)与圆板(5)、圆板(5)与钢管(1)、钢管(1)与法兰(2)均为焊接连接。
