Abstract

本实用新型是一种杆体，包含有：一长杆状的本体、一纸层及一木质层，该本体是为一中空的铁管，该纸层是贴附于该本体的外周，该木质层是包覆于该纸层的外周，使该杆体具有木质的质感。

本实用新型是有关于一种杆体，特别是指一种具有木质外表的杆体。
背景技术
目前一般家庭有许多家具会使用到长形木质杆体，由于具有木质质感的杆体在外观上较为美观，因此常被使用在家具上，如木制窗帘杆...等；然而，木质材料容易受潮而腐坏断裂，或者引发内部应力不均造成挠曲，此乃上述长形木杆的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目是提供一种杆体，其可改善木质杆体易受潮损坏的缺失。
本实用新型的另一目的在提供一种杆体，其可改善木质杆体易断裂的缺失。
缘以达成上述的目的，本实用新型的杆体，包含有：一本体、一纸层及一木质层，其中，该本体是为一长杆状的中空铁管；该纸层是贴附于该本体的外周；该木质层是为一木纹板片，是包覆于该纸层的外周，使该杆体具有木质的外观及良好的触感。
由于本实用新型的杆体是采用一中空铁管包覆一木质层，使该杆体除了具有木头的质感外，亦可改善现有木头杆体容易受潮而造成腐坏断裂的缺点，且可增加该杆体的强度；本实用新型的杆体更采用一软质的纸层，可增加该杆体的触感，亦有助于该本体与该木质层间的贴合。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2，本实用新型的杆体1，包含有：
一本体10，是为一长杆状的中空铁管；一纸层20是贴附于该本体10的外周；一木质层30，为一种木纹薄板，是包覆于该纸层20的外周面；
该纸层20是可以卷绕的方式贴附于该本体10外周面，可先于该纸层20内面贴有粘胶，而后将该纸层20缠绕于该本体10外周数圈，再通过由粘胶贴合，使该纸层20稳固包覆于该本体10外周面；另，亦可使用一中空纸筒做为该纸层20，先于该纸层20内面贴有粘胶，而后穿套于该本体10外周，使该本体10与该纸层20紧密贴合；
由于该本体10与该木质层30的材质皆较硬，故该木质层30不易直接贴附于该本体10上，而该纸层20的材质较软，且其纤维结构较特殊，有助于吸附粘胶，较易与该本体10及该木质层30贴合，故使用该纸层20作为中介层，且其成本较低，并可使该本体10与该木质层30稳固贴合；
另，由于该本体10及该木质层30皆属较硬的材质，若将该木质层30直接贴附于该本体10上，握持时则易有生硬感，因此可通过由该纸层20增加该杆体1握持时的触感。
所以，上述即为本实用新型杆体的各部结构，接着再将本实用新型的应用及其特点介绍如下：
请参阅图3，本实施例中是将该杆体1应用于窗帘杆上，现有的窗帘杆是为一原木实心杆体，但由于原木取得不易，且实心木杆容易受潮，因此可利用一中空铁管取代现有的木杆，并通过由包覆该木质层30以增加该杆体1的质感，由于该本体10与该木质层30皆属较硬的材质，不仅不易相互贴合，且于触感上亦较有生硬感，因此可利用该纸层20作为中介层，分别与该本体10及该木质层30贴合，且亦可增加该杆体1的触感。
由以上实施例，可归纳本实用新型的特点及功效如下：
一、该杆体虽以钢铁制成，但因其包覆有木材纹路的外层，故而可予人亲和及柔和的质感，以及较佳的视觉及触觉感受。
二、由于该杆体内部是为一中空铁管，并非实心木杆，因此可改善木质杆体容易受潮的缺点。

Claims (4)

1.一种杆体，其特征在于，包含有：
一本体，是为一长轴状的中空管体；
一纸层，是贴附于该本体外周；
一木质层，是包覆于该纸层外周，使该杆体具有一木质的外层。
2.如权利要求1所述的杆体，其特征在于，所述该本体是为一中空铁管。
3.如权利要求1所述的杆体，其特征在于，所述该纸层是卷绕于该本体外周与该本体贴合。
4.如权利要求1所述的杆体，其特征在于，所述该纸层是为一中空纸筒，该纸筒内面贴有粘胶，供该本体穿设于该纸筒内部并与该纸筒贴合。
