本实用新型涉及运动器材技术领域,特指一种球杆改良结构。该球杆由涂有树脂的纤维布卷制于适当尺寸的尼龙管上所构造,其中手柄部分的末端形成有弯勾部,而击球部分的击打面内部为交错的骨架结构。采用上述技术方案制作的球杆具有如下优点:纤维布构造使得球杆更具弹性和韧性,且击打面内部为蜂巢状结构,击球强度好,支撑稳定,不易变形,更具有手感;结构简单,制作简便,成本低。

本实用新型涉及运动器材技术领域,特指一种球杆改良结构。
背景技术:
传统的球杆,大多是由木质材料构造;而众所周知,木质材料容易受气候条件影响而变形,在应用于击球较为猛烈的球杆时(如棒球、曲棍球、冰球等),往往会有一些结构上的问题发生,容易发生弯曲变形,支撑不稳,不耐用。如何制作出更具理想实用性的球杆,则成为业界所关注的问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构性强,击球强度好,支撑稳定,不易变形的球杆改良结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的球杆由涂有树脂的纤维布卷制于适当尺寸的尼龙管上所构造,其中手柄部分的末端形成有弯勾部,而击球部分的击打面内部为交错的骨架结构。
所述纤维布可以是玻璃纤维布、碳纤维布或克维拉纤维布。
所述纤维布卷附一层或多层。
所述交错的骨架结构可为网状、格子状、波纹状或蜂巢状。
采用上述技术方案制作的球杆具有如下优点:
1、纤维布构造使得球杆更具弹性和韧性,且击打面内部为蜂巢状结构,击球强度好,支撑稳定,不易变形,更具有手感。
2、结构简单,制作简便,成本低。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
见附图1所示,本实用新型的球杆10由涂有树脂的纤维布11卷制于适当尺寸的尼龙管上所构造,其中手柄部分的末端形成有弯勾部12,而击球部分的击打面内部为交错的骨架结构13,该骨架结构13可设计为网状、格子状、波纹状或蜂巢状,可提高击球强度。纤维布11可以是玻璃纤维布、碳纤维布或克维拉纤维布,卷附一层或多层。
图2~4所示为本实用新型球杆制作流程,将浸有树脂的纤维布裁减为合适尺寸,再将纤维布卷附于适当尺寸的尼龙管上,得到预型好未成型的纤维管,尼龙管一端留有充气孔。模具2由公模21和母模22构成,母模22上成型有模穴23,该模穴23的形状、尺寸与球杆10的形状、尺寸相匹配。预型好未成型的纤维管放入模穴23内,公模21和母模22按预先设定的压力合模,并给予加热,温度控制在100℃~160℃,成型10~60分钟。其间由模具2上的气孔24及尼龙管一端充气孔给预型好未成型的纤维管内注入3~10公斤压力的气体,使得预型好未成型的纤维管的外周面紧密靠贴模穴23的内壁,即实现造型变化。成型好以后,再经冷压台给予冷却,即可得出球杆10的粗坯,图5所示,其中手柄部分的末端形成有弯勾部12及一进气嘴14,可有效防止脱手现象,而击球部分的击打面内部为交错的骨架结构13,骨架结构13在卷制预型好未成型的纤维管时给予设计,即放入网状、格子状、波纹状或蜂巢状的结构体,其可增加击球强度,结构性强,支撑稳定。
依据上述方案,本实用新型之构造还可适用于划浆杆上,同样可制作出理想实用且结构性好的划浆杆。

1、球杆改良结构,其特征在于:该球杆由涂有树脂的纤维布卷制于适当尺寸的尼龙管上所构造,其中手柄部分的末端形成有弯勾部,而击球部分的击打面内部为交错的骨架结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的球杆改良结构,其特征在于:所述纤维布可以是玻璃纤维布、碳纤维布或克维拉纤维布。
3、根据权利要求1所述的球杆改良结构,其特征在于:所述纤维布卷附一层或多层。
4、根据权利要求1所述的球杆改良结构,其特征在于:所述交错的骨架结构可为网状、格子状、波纹状或蜂巢状。
