技术领域:本实用新型属于建筑工程中用的一种自承重保温承重板。具体是轻质保温材料与承重板组合形成的保温承重板。
背景技术:目前建筑节能在建筑工程中越来越被人们重视,出现了各种节能材料与节能结构。墙体保温是一个非常重要的节能措施,现有的保温墙体一般作法为在普通的承重墙外另作保温层,这种保温墙保温性能不十分理想,造价较高,不能提前预制,工时长。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种自承重、保温性能好、造价低廉、施工方便快捷、工时较短的一种保温承重板。本实用新型包括承重板、轻质保温层,其特点是:承重板是空心的,截面为长方形方框,轻质保温层是由轻质保温材料构成,它填充在承重板内。本实用新型采用轻质保温材料与承重板组合,本身具有承重功能,充分利用了两种材料的保温性能,同时两种材料的组合又减少了材料的用量,保温性能好,节省能源,且结构的自重小,造价低,可以现场拼装,便于施工,节省工时,降低了工程的费用。

具体实施方式:本实用新型包括承重板1、轻质保温层2,承重板1是采用粉煤灰稻壳无机自燃板,它是空心的,截面为长方形方框,它为承重结构,轻质保温层2是由轻质保温材料构成,它填充在粉煤灰稻壳无机自燃板制成的承重板1内。
