本实用新型涉及一种用于阴极碳块吊装的碳块吊具的起吊装置。
背景技术:
目前,对阴极碳块起吊通常是通过天车吊钩吊挂钢索,然后进行起吊操作。这种吊运方式在起吊时往往震动较大,在吊运过程中会因发生重心偏离或摇摆而使碳块掉落。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种吊运平稳、使用方便的碳块吊具的起吊装置,以克服
现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括吊杆座(3),在吊杆座(3)上装有弹簧机构(1)和吊杆(2),弹簧机构(1)的一端用弹簧固定轴(5)固定在吊杆座(3)上,另一端通过起吊轴(4)与吊杆(2)相连,吊杆(2)的另一端用吊杆转轴(6)固定在吊杆座(3)上。
由于采用上述技术方案,在使用本实用新型吊装碳块时,由于有弹簧机构的作用,可有效减少起吊时的振动,即由现有技术的刚性起吊结构变为缓慢的柔性起吊结构,从而达到保护碳块的作用;在吊运过程中,由于吊杆受到弹簧机构的限制,其不会产生过大摇摆,从而使吊运平稳,以防止碳块掉落;另外,当起吊过程中发生重心偏离时,弹簧装置可以使之有效恢复,避免产生重心偏离。因此,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有吊运平稳、可有效防止吊运过程中碳块掉落、使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:如附图1所示,将弹簧机构(1)的两端分别装在起吊轴(4)和弹簧固定轴(5)上,将吊杆(2)的一端装在起吊轴(4),另一端用吊杆转轴(6)装在吊杆座(3)上即可。
使用时,将本实用新型的起吊轴(4)挂在天车的吊钩上,在没有负载时,由于弹簧机构(1)的牵引,吊杆向一边倾斜以保持整个设备呈水平位。当装载上碳块后,吊杆(2)和弹簧机构(1)围饶吊杆转轴(6)旋转至某个角度,使负载后的设备保持水平偏上的位置,这样就可以安全平稳的对碳块进行吊运,满足工艺要求。
