一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种绝缘子更换装置，尤其是一种更换水平式绝缘子的带电更换装置。
二、背景技术
500V紧凑型线路，在我国已运行多年，但针对此类型的线路进行带电更换耐张绝缘子的工作还未进行，主要是还没有切实可行的作业方法和专用设备。
发明人本人申请的中国专利“专利号为02224805.6，名称为耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置”的专利文件中公开了一种耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，其具有可带电作业、劳动强度低、施工时间短的特点，但是由于500V紧凑型线路结构的特殊性，该装置无法直接应用到该500V紧凑型线路上。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，其解决了背景技术中没有专用设备对500V紧凑型线路进行绝缘子串带电更换的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，包括前卡具3和后卡具1，前卡具3与后卡具1间设置有绝缘拉杆2，其特殊之处在于：所述前卡具3为翻板式卡具，其包括卡具本体8和翻板5，翻板5两端分别与卡具本体8活动联接，翻板5与卡具本体8上对称设置有中心孔6。
上述翻板5一端与卡具本体8通过转轴7连接，另一端与卡具本体8为活动联接。
上述翻板5与卡具本体8间的活动联接方式为卡接或螺栓连接。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
本实用新型为提供可带电更换500V紧凑型线路上的绝缘子的专用器具，根据500V紧凑型线路的特点，在原有的耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置的基础上改进，由于500V紧凑型线路有六条导线，挂线连板结构与原有四条导线的线路的挂线连板完全不同，因此本实用新型将原来的前卡具改为翻板式卡具，使原来的耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置在保持原有其他结构的基础上，可直接应用在500V紧凑型线路上，即实现了对500V紧凑型线路上的绝缘子串的更换作业，又保留了原来耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置自身的特点。

五、具体实施方式
参见图1、2，本实用新型包括前卡具3、后卡具1，前卡具3与后卡具1间设置有绝缘拉杆2，前卡具3为翻板式卡具，其包括卡具本体8和翻板5，翻板5两端可分别与卡具本体8活动联接，使用时将卡具本体8和翻板5合紧，两端采用卡接或螺栓连接，也可使翻板5一端与卡具本体8通过转轴7连接，另一端与卡具本体8采用卡接或螺栓连接，该翻板5可绕转轴7旋转，以此种活页式连接方式为佳，卡具本体8和翻板8上对称设置有中心孔6。
本实用新型的工作时，将本实用新型的前卡具3上的翻板5打开，将500V紧凑型线路上的挂线连板4穿过前卡具3，将挂线连板4上的双联弯头联接孔与前卡具3上的中心孔6对齐，然后将翻板5合紧，通过中心孔6将前卡具3与挂线连板4锁紧连接，更换绝缘子的其他工作过程与原有的耐张水平式绝缘子带电更换装置的更换过程相同。

1、一种水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，包括前卡具(3)和后卡具(1)，所述前卡具(3)与后卡具(1)间设置有绝缘拉杆(2)，其特征在于：所述前卡具(3)为翻板式卡具，其包括卡具本体(8)和翻板(5)，所述翻板(5)两端分别与卡具本体(8)活动联接，所述翻板(5)与卡具本体(8)上对称设置有中心孔(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，其特征在于：所述翻板(5)一端与卡具本体(8)通过转轴(7)连接，另一端与卡具本体(8)为活动联接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的水平式绝缘子带电更换装置，其特征在于：所述翻板(5)与卡具本体(8)间的活动联接方式为卡接或螺栓连接。
