Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种震动按摩跑步机结构,其构成至少包括有一跑步机主体、一跑步履带、一马达与一控制器,其中,该跑步机主体前、后端分别枢固有一滚轮,且跑步履带圈设于该二滚轮外侧,马达的轴心与滚轮的轴心间套置一传动皮带,并以控制器控制改变该马达的正、反转角度,以带动跑步履带在稳定的运转中具有往前与往后位移产生抖动的状态,以形成一具震动按摩效果的跑步机结构。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种震动按摩跑步机结构,特别是一种通过控制器控制改变马达的正、反转角度,以造成跑步履带前后位移产生抖动状态,以供使用者站立于跑步履带上产生震动按摩效果的跑步机。
背景技术
现今科技发达且工商进步忙碌,大众可借户外运动或至健身房或购入运动器具以维系身体健康,避免工作忙碌、压力及过度的超时工作一再影响身体状况。而一般的跑步机是以模拟跑步状况来保持身体,借由适度流汗及疏松筋骨以保持正常新陈代谢。
只是,该跑步机仅作单纯模拟跑步状况,其作动方式稍嫌单调,因此遂有一种按摩跑步机,如图5所示,其大致是由一跑步机本体50、一跑步履带52与一马达60所组成,在该跑步机本体50的前后端分别设有一滚轮51,且令该跑步履带52圈设于该二滚轮51的外侧,设使一马达60的轴心与一滚轮51的轴心间套置一传动皮带61,并以一控制器70控制该马达60在稳定的旋转中加入可改变振幅及频率的转速变化,如此一来,可带动跑步履带52使其在稳定的行进中具有前后抖动的效果,以供使用者站立于跑步履带52上时可感受到全身按摩的功效。
本设计人发现,前述的按摩跑步机是借控制器控制马达在旋转中可改变振幅及频率的转速变化,然而其控制方式稍嫌复杂,还具有可进一步改进的空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种控制方式简单的震动按摩跑步机结构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种震动按摩跑步机结构,其包含:
一跑步机主体,在主体的前、后端分别枢固有一滚轮;
一跑步履带,分别圈设于该二滚轮的外侧;
一马达,以一传动皮带分别套置于马达轴心与一滚轮轴心上;
一控制器,可驱动马达转动,并可控制马达转向;
借上述各构件组成,可通过该控制器以控制改变马达正、反转角度,以可造成跑步履带往前与往后位移产生抖动的状态,提供使用者站立于跑步履带上时可感受到全身震动按摩的效果。
本实用新型可设使该控制器控制改变马达正、反转角度,使各不同角度的正、反转行程间歇呈现,以形成一种特定时间内具有各种不同震动程度的行程。还可在该套置于马达轴心与滚轮轴心间的传动皮带适当位置处对应设有一组惰轮,以可调整该传动皮带的松紧度。
换言之,该跑步机主体前、后端分别枢固有一滚轮,将一跑步履带圈设于该二滚轮外侧,于一滚轮的另侧设有一马达,使该马达轴心与滚轮轴心间套置有一传动皮带,其主要改进在于:设使一控制器控制该马达正、反转,以改变马达正、反转的偏转角度,即可在稳定运转中带动跑步履带往前与往后位移产生抖动状态,可提供使用者站立于跑步履带上感受到全身震动按摩的效果,并可提供使用者在运动前的身体暖身,与运动后的身体缓和效果,使整体结构确具极佳产业实用性与创新效益。
由以上说明得知,本实用新型相较现有技术,确可达到如下的功效:
1、具震动按摩效果:由于本实用新型的跑步机结构是借由控制器调整改变马达正、反转偏转角度,可带动跑步履带前后位移产生抖动状态,以供使用者站立于跑步履带上即可感受到全身震动按摩效果。
2、可具多样性震动按摩行程:由于本实用新型震动按摩跑步机结构中,其可设使各不同偏转角度的行程间歇呈现的程序设定,以可提供多样性震动按摩行程。
3、可调整松紧度:由于本实用新型具震动按摩效果跑步机结构中,可于该马达轴心与滚轮轴心间套置的传动皮带上对应设有一组惰轮,以可调整该传动皮带的松紧度,使传动皮带与马达轴心及滚轮轴心间能确实接触与带动。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,为本实用新型的一种具震动按摩效果跑步机结构,其包含有:
一跑步机本体10,在本体10的前、后端分别枢固有一滚轮11;
一跑步履带12,分别圈设于该二滚轮11的外侧;
一马达20,是固设于一滚轮11的另侧,并以一传动皮带21分别套置于该马达20轴心与滚轮11轴心上;
一控制器30,可驱动马达20转动,并可控制马达20的转向;
借上述各构件组成,请配合参阅图2,可通过该控制器30以控制马达20正、反转,可改变马达20偏转角度,使马达20可产生例如正转1/8角度(θ)后回复,再反转1/8角度(θ′),或可产生正转1/6角度后回复,再反转1/6角度,诸如此类正、反转的转动行程,再请配合参阅图3、所示为本实用新型震动按摩跑步机结构的动作示意图,可于稳定的运转中同时造成跑步履带12往前与往后位移产生抖动状态,以可提供使用者站立于跑步履带12上时可感受到全身震动按摩的效果,且可提供使用者于跑步前运动暖身,与运动后缓和身体的功效;且其中,也可设使各该不同角度的正、反转行程间歇呈现,例如采用预设形成一种特定时间内具有各种不同震动程度的行程。
再请配合参阅图4、所示为本实用新型的另一应用实施例图,可在该套置于马达20轴心与滚轮11轴心间的传动皮带21适当位置处对应设有一组惰轮40,以调整该传动皮带21的松紧度,使传动皮带21与马达20轴心及滚轮11轴心间能确实接触与带动。
综上所述,本实用新型的震动按摩跑步机结构,是提供通过控制器以控制改变马达的正、反转角度,以带动跑步履带前后位移产生抖动状态,可供使用者站立于跑步履带上感受到震动按摩的效果,以使该跑步机整体确具产业实用性及创新效益。
需说明的是,以上所述只是本实用新型的具体实施例所运用的技术原理,若依本实用新型的构想所作的改变,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的精神时,均应在本实用新型的范围内。
Claims (2)
1、一种震动按摩跑步机结构,其特征在于包含:
一跑步机主体,在主体的前、后端分别枢固有一滚轮;
一跑步履带,分别圈设于该二滚轮的外侧;
一马达,以一传动皮带分别套置于马达轴心与一滚轮轴心上;
一可驱动马达转动、并可控制马达转向的控制器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的震动按摩跑步机结构,其特征在于该传动皮带套置于马达轴心与滚轮轴心间,在传动皮带适当位置处对应设有可调整该传动皮带的松紧度的一组惰轮。
