Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰材料，尤其是一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板。具有铝蜂窝芯和钢化玻璃，铝蜂窝芯的一面与钢化玻璃粘结，另一面与钢化玻璃或其它板材粘结，具体地：所述其它板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、波浪板、波纹板、纤思板、石材板、瓷板、压克力板，在铝蜂窝芯上设置有微孔。本实用新型采用钢化玻璃作为装饰面，并采用蜂窝中空复合层，可直观显示出钢化玻璃后部的中空蜂窝状网格结构，使外观更显别致，同时，蜂窝中空复合层有效减轻了装饰面板的重量，还可增加复合板自身的强度。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰材料，尤其是一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板。
背景技术
为了达到美化建筑墙面或地面的目的，通常可采用多种美化方式，如油漆、在墙面或地面安装各类装饰面板等。一般的装饰面板有木板、铝板、钢板、塑料板或复合板等多种形式可供选择，采用这类装饰面板装在墙面或地面上具有耐磨、抗腐蚀性好、易清洁等优点。但这类装饰面板的装饰面均为不透明材质，缺乏新意，且装饰面板有采用单层结构的，也有采用多层的复合结构，但复合层结构均为实心结构，比较笨重。
发明内容
为了克服现有的装饰面板的外观缺乏新意，且比较笨重的不足，本实用新型提供一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，使装饰面板呈透明化，且比较轻巧。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，具有铝蜂窝芯和钢化玻璃，铝蜂窝芯的一面与钢化玻璃粘结，另一面与钢化玻璃或其它板材粘结。
为了使与铝蜂窝芯和与之相粘结的板面牢固粘结，进一步地：在铝蜂窝芯的间壁上设置有微孔。
具体地：所述其它板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、波浪板、波纹板、纤思板、石材板、瓷板、压克力板。
本实用新型采用钢化玻璃作为装饰面，并采用蜂窝中空复合层，可直观显示出钢化玻璃后部的中空蜂窝状网格结构，使外观更显别致，同时，蜂窝中空复合层有效减轻了装饰面板的重量，还可增加复合板自身的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，具有铝蜂窝芯1和钢化玻璃2，铝蜂窝芯1的一面与钢化玻璃2粘结，另一面与钢化玻璃2或其它板材粘结。在蜂窝芯2的间壁上设置有微孔3。将其它板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、波浪板、珐波纹板、纤思板、石材板、瓷板、压克力板，其中，蜂窝板为铝蜂窝芯两侧粘结板材的复合板。
加工时，先将胶粘剂涂覆在板板的粘结面，然后分别与铝蜂窝芯1的两个面粘结，将胶粘剂尚未凝固的半成品放入特制的密封仓中，常温下抽真空，使密封仓内为负压，由于在铝蜂窝芯1的间壁上设置有微孔3，在铝蜂窝芯1与板材粘结后，每个蜂窝室的空气可以通过微孔3排出到密封仓外，使板材与铝蜂窝芯1紧密贴合，待胶粘剂完全凝固后，从密封仓内取出成品。
安装时，将具有钢化玻璃的面置于墙面或地面的装饰框架外侧，另一面与装饰框架固定连接。
本实用新型通过采用钢化玻璃为装饰面板并与铝蜂窝作为复合层，不仅有效减轻了重量，而且能直观到显示内部蜂窝状的六边形结构，给人以美的享受。
Claims (3)
1.一种钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，其特征是：具有铝蜂窝芯(1)和钢化玻璃(2)，铝蜂窝芯(1)的一面与钢化玻璃(2)粘结，另一面与钢化玻璃(2)或其它板材粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，其特征是：所述铝蜂窝芯(2)的间壁上设置有微孔(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢化玻璃蜂窝复合板，其特征是：所述其它板材为金属薄板、蜂窝板、波浪板、波纹板、纤思板、石材板、瓷板、压克力板。
