背景技术
目前预应力隔热油管保温全部都是由双层抽真空来实现,加工精度高,难度大,如果密封不好,就会出现泄漏,将会造成保温性能大大下降,经济损失巨大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在预应力油管密封装置,就是在保温层内注入氩气,经过改进加工,节约了成本、组装方便快捷,每年可节省成本,彻底解决了隔热油管保温加工设计、制造的难题,该工艺安装后,解决了以前隔热油管保温不稳定的因素。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:其主要由外管、内管、密封材料等所组成,通过向密封层注入氩气保温,来达到最佳效果。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有:提高整体加工工作效率,组装方便,传输无失误,整体简洁美观,成本低廉,损耗系数大大提高,降低了传输费用。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述:本实用新型主要由外管1,内管2,接箍3,衬管4,隔热层5,氩气6等所组成,隔热油管的主体管柱内、外管采用夹壁式封闭型焊接结构,加工时一端内管、衬管与外管、带有螺纹的接箍焊接,中间填放隔热层,焊接另一端接箍,结束后抽出气体,最后向夹层注入氩气保温。
