背景技术
目前,市场上所见的双色或多色LED灯泡采用的是不同颜色的LED单体簇排列在一起,互相串联或并联,但不同颜色的LED簇必须有各自单独的电极,
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在一单体里结构简单,但又能不同时发出双色光的一种单体双极性双色LED灯泡。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用两个不同颜色、反向的LED芯片并联,再由两根引出线与LED并联接点连接,整个固化在环氧树脂中。
由于上述技术方案中采用了两个不同颜色、反向的LED芯片并联,这样,当电路中供给不同方向的电流时,就会点亮不同颜色的LED。可以广泛地应用于霓虹灯中;具有结构简单、外型简洁。
