Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其在绳状的LED灯束串中的任意一个灯束,由电路板及焊接在其上的LED灯、串行传送驱动控制芯片和少量电阻组成,串行传送驱动控制芯片来完成该灯束内容的显示,整条灯束串的显示由若干个灯束组成,并且以此为基本灯束单元,形成绳状结构。本实用新型可根据实际需要进行任意长度的级连,同时对每颗LED进行逐点控制,从而实现了使每个LED灯都能够单独的亮灭,因此,灯的变化显示内容多种多样,层次感丰富,装饰效果产生革命性的变化,满足人们更高的需求,应用更为广泛,彻底改变了现有装饰灯束串的局限性。

本实用新型属于LED装饰照明领域,尤其是一种LED灯束串。
背景技术
LED灯束串一般是由塑胶体,铜绞线以及多个微型发光体构成。随着人们生活的提高,对灯具的装饰效果要求也越来越高,而目前通常的LED灯束串,都只能整体亮或灭变化,又或者是几组(多个串并联的LED)简单的亮或灭变化。因此,变化的内容比较单一,层次感不丰富,装饰效果较差,以不能满足人们的需求,大大地限制了LED灯束串的应用范围。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其变化内容新颖多样,层次丰富,装饰效果好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:在绳状的LED灯束串中的任意一个灯束,由电路板及焊接在其上的LED灯、串行传送驱动控制芯片和少量电阻组成,串行传送驱动控制芯片来完成该灯束内容的显示,整条灯束串的显示由若干个灯束组成,并且以此为基本灯束单元,形成绳状结构。
所述的灯束串由可防水的热缩管或封胶管简易封装而成。
所述的串行传送驱动控制芯片采用COB板上封装方式、DIP或
SOP封装方式。
所述的LED灯为表贴LED灯、直插LED灯或LED管芯。
所述灯束串的横截面形状为圆形、方形、三角形、半圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
本实用新型可根据实际需要进行任意长度的级连,同时对每颗LED进行逐点控制,从而实现了使每个LED灯都能够单独的亮灭,因此,灯的变化显示内容多种多样,层次感丰富,装饰效果产生革命性的变化,满足人们更高的需求,应用更为广泛,彻底改变了现有装饰灯束串的局限性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型是一种内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,如图1、2所示,绳状的LED灯束串1由可防水的热缩管、封胶管或其他材料简易封装而成,用以防水,其横截面形状可根据需要设计为圆形、方形、三角形、半圆形、椭圆形或多边形。LED灯束串1中包含一个以上灯束,每个灯束由电路板6以及焊接在其上的LED灯5、串行传送驱动控制芯片2和少量电阻组成。串行传送驱动控制芯片2对每一灯束进行亮度的独立调整,采用COB板上封装方式、DIP或SOP封装方式,可使每一灯束单元的体积尽可能的减少。LED灯5为表贴LED灯、直插LED灯或LED管芯。串行传送驱动控制芯片2完成该灯束内容的显示,整条灯束串1的显示由若干个灯束组成,并且以此为基本灯束单元,根据实际需要进行任意长度的级连,形成一绳状的灯束串结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:在绳状的LED灯束串(1)中的任意一个灯束,由电路板(6)及焊接在其上的LED灯(5)、串行传送驱动控制芯片(2)和少量电阻组成,串行传送驱动控制芯片(2)完成该灯束内容的显示,整条灯束串的显示由若干个灯束组成,并且以此为基本灯束单元,形成绳状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:所述的灯束串(1)由可防水的热缩管或封胶管简易封装而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:所述的串行传送驱动控制芯片(2)采用COB板上封装方式、DIP或SOP封装方式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:所述的LED灯(5)为表贴LED灯、直插LED灯或LED管芯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内嵌串行传送驱动控制芯片的LED灯束串,其特征是在于:所述灯束串(1)的横截面形状为圆形、方形、三角形、半圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
